Rina simply watched the elegant girl go through her emotions, her mental states, whichever one preferred to call them as it didn't really make much of a diffrence. The violet eyes became slightly unfocused as her mind wandered slightly, thinking of her brother, and also another. Someone far too advanced for the girl that had always sought his attention, harming other people and many innocent creatures to secure him as hers.

The delicate looking girl clenched her fist tightly around the handle of her school case. A hard look in her eyes for just a moment before it faded and she loosened her deathgrip on the poor book case. The ovals of her eyes softened into a look of complacent acceptance and Beatrix's words brought her back to reality.

"It is a rather large campus, and terribly lovely. The pillars are well etched." The green haired girl had to take long strides to catch up with Beatrix and then with Chigusa. A tiny smile painted her face when the pretty girl called to the long haired femme to wait up for them and it would stay painted on her face as she walked with them.

Victoria reached her room without mishap, and wearily closed her door behind her. No one seemed to be here back at the rooms yet, and although she rarely interacted with her fellow members of the Order, she was glad for the privacy.. Moving across the room to change out of her school uniform, into much more comfortable slacks and blouse, she made her way over to her school bag and took out her homework. It was quite easy to breeze through the math, english, and science lessons. Such things had never really posed much difficulty for her. But inside she was beginning to feel restless.

On her desk top, her Order of the Rose pendant pin gleamed. She picked it up and turned it over in her hand. Unconsciously her fingers went to her neck, where her black choker rested. Yes, things were quite different for her now. Perhaps within this still rather mysterious organization, she could find a true purpose to follow.

Setting the object down, she moved to where her sketchbook rested on the floor, and picked it up, setting it down on the desk. Taking out a her pencil sharpener and a blending stump, she began going over her work from that afternoon, making them more bold and defined.

Her lips curled upward in a slight smile. Her hands were somewhat paralleling her own inner desires, with much more success than she herself so far. How nicely ironic.

Chigusa flashed a complimentary smile toward the new girl, giving a nod of her head. "I suppose the powers that be here really knew how to spend their money to make this school as beautiful as possible..." Though she would pause as they would exit the main building, nearing the fencing hall. "Although," she began with a small gesture in the direction of just a few of all the roses that bloomed at Ohtori, "You can thank Anshii Himemiya for the roses..." With a small smile, enjoying the sight of them for herself for a few moments before continuing along the way. As she entered into the large hall, she paused just inside as she spotted the president of the Order practicing... It made her fall into an all-too-common train of thought that formed a sullen expression on her face. It was a bit odd for her, to tell the truth... the older girl looked quite a lot like Kiryuu Touga... who actually looked like her old boyfriend, before he...
Snapping from that train of though, Chigusa brought a polite smile to her lips, calling out to the red-haired girl. "Kennedy-sempai! Beatrix and I have a new student with us, Rina Kyoichi. She's already joined the Fencing Club and Kendo Club."

Turning about as she heard her name called, she flashed a smile in their direction. "Wow. Quite ambitious, aren't you?" She asked a bit playfully and a plainly American voice as she lowered the sword in her hand. Before approaching the group of three, she put the sword away and walked over. "My name's Yuna Kennedy. Glad you've come to Ohtori..." In her head, she was making a mental note in her head to keep an eye on the girl... if she was any good at either of the forms of swordplay that she apparently thought she was, and she fit the more formal qualifications for the Order, she might extend an invitation.
Unfortunately, her chance to watch her fence was taken when someone she recognized vaguely came up to her and said that the Dean of Students was asking to see her before they turned and left the fencing hall, waiting for her outside. "Must be something about the Order," she said a bit apologetically. "I'll see you guys later," she stated with a nod toward her fellow Order members. "Nice to meet you Kyoichi-san," she added on politely with a small smile before turning and heading from the Fencing Hall, picking up her things along the way before the girl that came to get her would lead her to see the Dean of Students.

The pale girl smiled at Chigusa, inwardly agreeing that those in charge truly had known what to do with their money as far as the beauty and structure of the building. It would be wonderful to study and learn in such a place. "Anshii Himemiya..." she said quietly. Brother has mentioned her very lightly in his letters. Though he never went into great detail......

When Chigusa called to Yuna Kennedy and the red head turned and walked over, for an instant the breath was caught in her throat. The order president looked strikingly like someone she had known as a young child but had not seen for many years, though she could not think of the girl's name, only that she had respected and admired her greatly. "Not ambitious, just eager to learn." she replied quietly and with the smallest of smiles. It was rather weary work being social.

The smile faltered when the young woman had to excuse herself, as she had wished to speak with the one that so resembled a cherished person. "Hai, Kennedy-san, it was nice meeting you as well."

Juri shrugged her shoulders as she and Miki walked further from the rose garden. "No" she admitted upon further thought. "It seems like it's just a dueling club for over achievers." All this talk on odd theories about the Order council was becoming ridiculous. "All the members are in the fencing club, do you honestly think there's anything 'strange' about them?" her emerald eyes quietly scanned her surroundings, "Lets just get something to eat." she said as she sighed lightly and ran her fingers through her hair.

-

Beatrix listened as she walked along side the two girls, she smiled but kept her thoughts voiced internally.

-to make this school as beautiful as possible...-

'Yeah...' she thought as she glanced around her surroundings 'So beautiful it almost makes you want to forget everything else. Forget that there's a place outside the school gates.' She sighed nostalgically thinking of her home back in Amsterdam. But that's what living at Ohtori for all these years does to you. She had gotten over the home-sickness stage years ago, but now she was finding it difficult to even remember to write home once in a while - if it weren't for certain things that occasionally jogged her memory.

-You can thank Anshii Himemiya for the roses...-

'Anshii Himemi-? Oh! that weird girl who always hangs around the student council!' Beatrix's expression turned less-than-enthusiastic upon the mentioning of Anshii's name. Truth was, Anshii gave her the creeps! She was just some weird and quiet girl who tended the roses 'It's the weird quiet ones...' Beatrix thought, 'those are the ones who always snap...' then silently thanked some higher power that she was two years older and didn't have any of the same classes as Anshii Himemiya. A scenario played out in the imaginative girl's mind of Anshii having a mental breakdown in the middle of one of her classes.

-Beatrix and I have a-

Upon hearing her name Beatrix jumped as she was snapped back to reality. She was at the fencing hall already? 'God Beatrix, you're such a space cadet...' she told herself and smiled to the Order's president "Later Yuna" he mentioned casually upon her passing by and exiting the fencing hall. Beatrix stepped forward and looked toward Rina, "Well... this is the fencing hall." she said as she realized why she was here again. "I'm gonna go dump my gear in the... unless..." she trailed off. "Hey, why wait for practice? If you wanted to have that friendly duel, why not have it now?" Beatrix looked around, it seemed like they were the only three in the hall anyway. "I've got my stuff here and if you need a uniform I can run back and grab you one." She said motioning to the storage lockers. "You've already got your foil on you, so what do you say?"

Sitting at his desk Akio awaited as his secretary walked in. Sir, I have a request of detention for a student. Looking at her he smiled. "Fine. Give it to me miss. Oh and what did I tell you?" He looked into her eyes. I am sorry Akio. She looked to the floor. "Don’t worry. Did you call for Miss Kennedy?" Yes I sent a messenger to go get her. She smiled as she walked back out to her desk. He looked to the letter of detention immediately signing it, as he wasn't in any mood yet to deal with some seventh grader causing trouble. "The bad-boy mold was broken when they made Touga." Placing the paper down in his outbox, he sat on the corner of his desk.

Her hair still slightly damp, Yuna lifted a hand to tuck a few errant strands behind an ear. It would be a lie to say she wasn't nervous about such a meeting, but it would be almost impossible not to be with someone in Akio's position... not to mention his reputation. But she refused to be intimidated, and so when she was led to the door of the main office, she thanked the girl and headed inside. Stating calmly to the secretary who she was, she first found that her duffle was taken and stored behind the desk, and then found herself being led into the inner office and announced to the figure seated at the desk within.
With an idle smirk toward the man, she half-watched as the secretary dismissed herself after a shy and blushing smile toward Akio. "So, Ohtori-san. You wanted to see me?"

Touga wasa bit miffed as he found himself left alone with his little sister. Like there wasn't enough of that when the two of them were at home. "I'm afraid so, Nanami-chan. I'm sure I must have made plans with Saionji some time ago and simply forgot about them." He gave one of his gentler, and yet still somewhat rogueish smile down to her in an effort to soften the blow. She was quite irritating, that was undeniable, but he was her older brother. There was no reason to be completely cruel to her, she had never done anything specifically to irk him... though she had an unfortunate, round-about way of getting on everyone's nerves. The simple fact that he had to always hear about her antics and the tricks that she would pull made it all that much more abrasive to him.
"But I'll be sure to set aside a day in the future where we'll do nothing but spend time together and catch up with each other's lives. Does that sound satisfactory?" He was careful to avoid using the term 'date' around her - he was more aware than anyone could imagine of her idolization of him - and of actually stating a specific time and date in which they would be able to do so. Hopefully it would be enough to satisfy her.

"Hardly, Ohtori-san," she addressed him pointedly, refusing to fall into calling him by his first name. It was a small guard against him... as any girl in her right mind would do, knowing this particular man's reputation... even though that he was formally engaged. But she would walk over and take a seat before the desk, leaning back in the seat comfortably - her American ways cropping up as they would do at odd and sometimes decidedly inopportune times. "So, exactly what is it that I was called here for? I'm sure you're a busy man, it must be something important," she added almost in an accusatory manner. Probably not the smartest thing to do with a person in such high power, but it was just that well-known family pride and over-confidence cropping up. Besides their looks, it was one sure way to tell that she and Touga were definitely from the same family lines.

"Yes, indeed, fencing is such an interesting sport." Shiori echoed. "Sure, I'd love to go with you for fencing tomorrow."

Suddenly, Shiori stopped dead in her tracks. Not too far away from her was an elegant albiet slightly stiff girl with perfect curly hair.

'She still looks the same. She hasn't changed. She really hasn't changed!' Shiori was partially shocked. Of course, she knew that sooner or later she would see her on campus but she hadn't expected the turmoil she felt when confronted with the real Juri right in front of her.

Before Juri took notice of her, Shiori wanted to get out of her sight. She's not ready to meet her yet. When she is, she will go look for Juri herself.

"Ok, onii-sama, if you say so." Nanami finally had to admit defeat. Her brother does indeed seem to be very busy these few days. 'I wonder if he's taking care of his health properly.' Nanami worried.

She was however, placified by her brother's promise of having a dinner with her another day. At long last, she decided to let go of her brother's arm.

Miki nodded in agreement as he continued to walk alongside Juri, "Yeah, lets go grab something to eat." Juri was right, there really wasn't anything all that strange about the Order of the Rose council members - at least not so far. Miki still decided to keep his mind open to possibilities, nothing was ever what it seemed at Ohtori. "I wonder what the cafeteria has today?" the question was directed to his now grumbling stomach more than anything. As he looked around the beautiful campus he spotted a rather tall man whom he'd never seen before. At first he thought he might be a new teacher, but after looking at the uniform, and seeing him with another student - Miki realized he was a student himself. "Wow...!" 'he's so tall!' Miki thought. "People sure do come from all over the world to attend Ohtori, dont they?" he spoke, motioning towards the taller teenager. Miki hadn't seen anyone so tall before in his life! He blushed faintly, recognizing his own shortness. But hey, he was still young and had time to grow.

"If you wanted to have that friendly duel, why not have it now?"

Beatrix's words rung in her ears, holding there for a very long time. It hadn't entered her mind that the older girl would want a match with her the very first day at the school, but what was to be was to be. "I'm afraid I can't fight you with this sword." Her knees bending slightly, she set her case down and then held the instrument in front of her, pulling it out of the sheath. Revealed, what had appeared as a foil was actually a thing sword, the edge glinting before she pushed it back into the sheath. "However, if there is an extra foil, then I would be glad to take you up on that." she said, smiling politely. In her mind, she was wondering what on Earth her brother would think the next time he saw her, her interests had been much different the last time she saw him.

A self-confident smirk sprawled across Beatrix's lips. Finally! A duel! 'Something good actually came out of this dreadfully boring day!' "You're on!" she spoke facing Rina - a jest in her tone. 'Hey, now I'll be able to show-off a little in front of Chigusa...?' she thought to herself quietly before turning. "Sure! We've got lots of spare equipment out back." She said pointing toward the storage lockers at the end of the fencing hall. "Grab anything you need. I'm sure you'll find your size." She stated with a bit of a nod. "I'm gonna go change, after all - I cant exactly fence in a skirt..." she chuckled at the thought and with a heave, lugged her gear bag off into the direction of the girls change room. Upon entering, she looked around cautiously, last thing she wanted was to walk in on someone changing...how embarrassing...!! But it seemed like the coast was clear, so Beatrix set her bag down on the bench and then turned to open her locker. Her foil teetered over but she managed to catch it quickly before it hit the floor. 'Note to self: Dont lean foil against locker door' she shook her head and placed her foil on the bench beside her gear. She opened her bag and pulled out her fencing uniform. She changed quickly, eager of the upcoming duel.

Beatrix was nearly done. She was decked out in her usual - tight blue jacket and pants, white knee socks and fencing court shoes. She had just finished zipping up her vest and fastened the collar before zipping up her gear bag and setting it down on the floor. She folded her school uniform and placed it into her locker. She closed her locker door and threw her fencing glove on. She leaned over, picking up her sword, and while carrying her mask under her right arm she turned her heel and exited the change room.

She stepped out into the hall and bent the tip of her foil slightly. "Whenever you're ready, Rina."

-

Juri glanced over in the direction Miki was motioning too. She dully scanned the area and merely took a quick glimpse of the tall gentleman and his shorter purple haired companion, not thinking twice about any of it. "Yeah, we always get new students" she shrugged. Evidently, she didn't recognize the violet haired girl to be Shiori, not a first glace anyway, but something in the back of her mind started to waver, giving her a sense of overwhelming nostalgia. You know, that sick feeling that happens to hit you right in the heart? Juri blinked while her emotions compelled her to look back but when she noticed the cafeteria, her stomach decided to take over and quickly pushed the other thoughts away. She looked toward Miki as they neared the building.

Juri frowned upon entering the food court. Many students had crowded here for the same reason. Of course though, being on the student council meant having privilege - and Juri simply walked right up to the front of the line where a separate attendant took her order. Juri looked over the menu with one arm folded across her stomach and a finger lightly tapping against her lips in thought. "Sashimi Moriawase" she spoke clearly to the girl behind the counter - not wanting her to mess up the order. Her food came quickly, as if it had been waiting for her. She took it on the tray and walked over to the edge of the cafe to the reserved seating area. She slid her tray across the student council table before seating herself down behind it.
