let me help you... if you are based only out of Judgment, chose Aeon... XD he is cooler there... (I mean, at least his clothes are pretty xd ) but if you look out for background and stuff related to the chars... >_> well... we know more things of Alucard...
(but if it wasn't Joachim of St. Germain, I'd chose Aeon as my fav rofl )

I don't know how amazing Aeon is cuz I haven't had the pleasure, at least I don't have the chance of seeing his story on Judgment anyway...

In My oppinion I think Soma and Shanoa take the tops.
Some let us see what it was like to abuse a fraction of Dracula's (well Neo-Dracula) awesome power and Shanoa let us use Glyphs that gave the player abilities that were fun to mess with/abuse.

I'd have to say Maria Renard.
Her abilities are purely out of not combat, nor traits, but skills and abilities.
The fact is, she can summon the 4 mythical beasts with ease, which would be equivalent to say, a descendant of Tepes who can summon demons, fireballs, and swords.
Apparently somewhere along the line, Maria became legend in the eyes of the Lecarde clan, who failed at imitatating her summoning magic, which later on re-appeared through a Renard/Belnades descendant, Charlotte from PoR. (they both shared dove-throwing skills, freaky.) sweatdrop
Killing minotaurs with doves, uh, yeah! =)
