✧✧✧ ☽ Emiara Lu'Alakina Raelynd ☾ ✧✧✧  ♪ ____by Day ♪ Emiara was still asleep, even the sun shining through her window didn't wake her up, she was deep in her dream. Ruby and her birds went up to the window and pulled, separating the curtains "Alright, rise and shine sleeping beauty!!" shouted Ruby, and hopped on the bed next to Emiara. "Just... few more minutes..." she mumbled in her sleep. Ruby snorted, then nipped her ear, "Ow!" Emiara jumped up with a hand up to her ear, glancing at Ruby with a frown. The animal smiled "I'm sure you're feeling well now. Ready for a new day?" Emiara let out a small sigh. She got up from her bed, and began to get ready for a shower. She walked out of the room and towards Rien's room, she looked around, then knocked on his bedroom door, calling his name softly to see if he was awake, just to greet him a 'good morning' but there was no answer, I guess he's still asleep, Emiara thought. She headed straight for the bathroom, taking off her clothes, turning on the water, and stepped into the shower.
Meanwhile, Ruby wanted to take the time to wonder around the dorm. She looked around and saw Rien lying on the floor. The animal was curious as to why he laid there, she twitched her nose, and started sniffing his hair. Then nudged him a bit.

 Rien slowly turned his head to Ruby. Rien then tried to get up, but struggled as if he was having trouble. When Rien finally decided to just sit on the ground rather then standing up. "Is...is she bet...better?"

✧✧✧ ☽ Emiara Lu'Alakina Raelynd ☾ ✧✧✧ ♪ ____by Day ♪ "Oh...he's okay!!" Ruby tilted her head as she watched Rien sit up and nodded a 'yes' to his question. She crawled up on his shoulder, nuzzling his cheek "She is fine. I'll go get her." If only Rien can understand her, but only to hear that the rabbit squirrel let out a happy squeak as she pointed down the hallway. ☾☆Where am I?: Dorm de Luna

Rien tries to stand once more. Once on his feet, Rien wobbled quite abit. Slowly he walked to where Ruby was pointing, trying to balance himself with each step. He was nearly at Emiara's room, when he fell down. He began trying to get up again.

✧✧✧ ☽ Emiara Lu'Alakina Raelynd ☾ ✧✧✧ ♪ ____by Day ♪ Ruby tried to balance herself to his wobbly walk. "Ok...is he really okay? something's not right." when the boy fell she jumped off, and moved hastily towards the bathroom to get Emiara.
Emiara had just finished and stepped out the shower, she wrapped a towel around her, humming a happy tune. As soon as she was about to walk out and head to her room, Ruby came "Emmie come quick!! Something's wrong with Rien!" she hopped away. Emiara, still wrapped in a towel, followed Ruby and saw Rien struggling to stand up. "Rien!" gasped Emiara, as she went over to Rien, placing her arms around him to help him stand "What's wrong? Are you okay?" ☾☆Where am I?: Dorm de Luna

Rien had all of his weight against Emiara, unable to stand on his own. "En...energy cell... low... Need to be plugged in, or consume... d...ry f...oo...ds..." Rien was really beginning to lean against Emiara, holding on to her as much as how possibly could in his state.

✧✧✧ ☽ Emiara Lu'Alakina Raelynd ☾ ✧✧✧ ♪ ____by Day ♪ Emiara nearly stumbled with all of his weight against her. She tried her best, using her strength to keep him and herself from falling over. Emiara looked a littled puzzled, trying to figure out what Rien said as she carried Rien to his room, and sat him down on his bed.
She reached out with a hand across his forehead, checking to see if he didn't have a fever. "Okay...you're not sick so that's good. You're weak from a lack of--" her stomach began to growl and she blushed, feeling embarrassed, but realized that she had not eaten ever since she first got here. It was the same for Rien, though he has weakened greatly. "--food." she continued. He did mention something about dry foods "Hang in there, I'll try to find something. Be right back."
Emiara left the room and headed towards the kitchen. She looked in the pantry for anything that might be good for a breakfast start, and grabbed a granola bar pack. "I hope this would work." she thought and went back to Rien, handing him the granola bar. ☾☆Where am I?: Dorm de Luna

Rien seemed as he was struggling to even lift the granola bar to his mouth. He then took a small bite, without chewing, he swallowed. He then began eating the rest of the bar, the next bite being bigger then the rest. The bar was then finished off. "I-I think I have enough energy to move on my own, but not for long..." He sits up towards Emiara, giving her a hug with a faint blush across his face. "Th... thank you... Emiara. I'm only an object, but you treat me as a live being. Emiara... what do you see me as?"

✧✧✧ ☽ Emiara Lu'Alakina Raelynd ☾ ✧✧✧ ♪ ____by Day ♪ Emiara rubbed her arm nervously, worried as she watched him eat until he finished, then sighed in relief. She was hoping that one granola bar could boost him up just a little, but it was not enough. She thought of going back to the kitchen to find something she could make "Well I could look to see if I can--" her sentence was suddenly cut off as Rien hugged her. She paused for a moment, blinking with surprise, her face turning red "Rien, I..." Emiara then hugged Rien back. "Y-you're welcome..." she smiled and sat next to him.
Emiara's eyes met his, though with a blush still showing on her face. "Um..." she took a breath, "I don't think an object would hug and thank someone," she began "I see you as any other live being. It's kinda like...hmm let's say... you were once this lost boy, alone in the dark trying to find his way to the world, until a kind soul reached out to him, guiding and bringing him to the light. You...though a machine... have developed your own consciousness; thoughts and feelings. You have a mind, spirit, and...a heart. Objects don't have those. No matter what you are; you're a person." she paused before continuing, "But not just any person...a friend... you're my friend." she looked down "I care for my friends; I would try my best to help and be there for them no matter what." Emiara began to wonder how different things may have been if Rien had never met her. Would he still have been alone? or have met another nice person? or maybe a mean person? Who would be there to take care of him? Questions raced in her thoughts. ☾☆Where am I?: Dorm de Luna

Rien's eyes were locked with Emiara's as she talked. His eyes watered up, with his face reddening. Emiara's words had reached his artificial heart... or what really is his heart. "Emiara..." Happiness shook through his words, with tears shedding from his eyes. His cheeks were bright as tomatoes, heat up a little. "Emiara... I feel like... I'm overheating, but my temperature seems normal. It gives me a gusty feel in my stomach area, but it makes me feel... happy. Is it another emotion?"

✧✧✧ ☽ Emiara Lu'Alakina Raelynd ☾ ✧✧✧ ♪ ____by Day ♪ As Emiara glanced back up to meet Rien's eyes again, she saw they were glistening with tears...not sad tears, but tears of joy and happiness. Seeing him cry almost made Emiara want to cry, tears started welling up in her eyes. "Aww...now you're gonna make me cry." she whined playfully, and buried her face into her hands. As she heard Rien explain a little of what he was feeling, the blushing fairy's face was even redder than before; The overheating... the gusty feeling in the stomach... yet still happy.. Could it be love, she wondered. Emiara gasped quietly to herself 'Is he... starting to feel love?' her heart began to beat a little faster. She looked back up, holding her gaze onto him, but couldn't get the words out, just simply nodded to his question "Y-yes..." the fairy finally managed to say"I-it..is...another emotion..." This was a strange feeling to her as well. Emiara was uncertain if she could explain it; she didn't want to give him the wrong answer, but hoped she was correct. "Feeling as though you're drawn to someone... feeling a deep affection towards someone, someone you care for deeply...it's called...Love." she said nervously, hoping that this was the emotion he asked about. ☾☆Where am I?: Dorm de Luna

Rien nodded. "I don't know what this 'affection' is, but I do feel drawn and care heavily." Rien looked at Emiara a little, looking at the blush. "So that blush... is it a cause of this overheating feel? Is there something about this heat? So much I don't understand... it feels so different. What is love?" Rien looked at her more, now coming to his attention that Emiara was unable to clearly speak right before explaining it, and could hear her heart beating. "Are there other side effects?"

✧✧✧ ☽ Emiara Lu'Alakina Raelynd ☾ ✧✧✧ ♪ ____by Day ♪ Hearing all of Rien's questions, Emiara bit her bottom lip nervously, feeling kind of bad, that she spoke vaguely to him. There are different types of 'Love' depending on the meaning of it. "Love is... something I have yet to discover, myself." Emiara was starting to confuse herself, unsure of her feelings for Rien, does she love him like a little brother (even though he's not little, he's taller than her), or a best friend, or perhaps... more than that. "I'm not sure if I can answer everything..." she said quietly, beginning to wish she was like an index, her mind like a library, carrying all wisedom and knowledge of the world, being able to have all the answers.
Perhaps, this was all too sudden, "He's not ready yet, he's like a little innocent boy, which is adorable." she thought. He still has much to learn.
"And... well, there are other different kinds of love. See, people have looked at me as like, a motherly or sisterly figure. Maybe it is so, because of the way I act or...my age. I may not look like it, but I'm really hundereds of years old because elves have a long lifespan. I guess I would love everyone as if they were my children or brothers and sisters. That's another kind of love"
Emiara had really liked Rien, and found herself more comfortable around him than anyone else. "When someone loves another, they say... 'I love you.'" she paused for another thought, "They make eachother happy... I want to make you happy, I don't want to see you sad, hurt, or lonely anymore. Because I love you, Rien." she took a deep breath "There is this one other kind of Love that I've longed for... someone to hold hands with...to hold me in their arms... protect me...form a special bond with..." she decided to make a move, she leaned closer to him and gave a light peck on his cheek. "That, what I did, was called a kiss. It's one way of showing affection. Remember when you hugged me a while ago? That was another way. There are many different ways to show affection."
A thought suddenly, crossed Emiara's mind, she stood up and clapped her hands together "I have an idea! Maybe we should go visit a doctor and see if he or she could explain the overheating... and maybe other things too." ☾☆Where am I?: Dorm de Luna

"I guess with life span, I could be the same. I'll live as long as the proper care is done to my machine parts. That and if I were to die, I can be fixed, but my data would reset... kind of like forget everything. I was told my body's age was 15, and I've been active for 17 years... I guess I'm 32? For brothers and sisters... I guess those would be other units of my type, but they're even less then what I was when you found me. I guess working together, assisting each other, and looking out for each other follows that same idea." From Emiara's kiss, Rien's blush darkened even more. He felt more of this feel inside him growing, unsure why that was. "I guess that hug... was out of instinct... And if I'm not what you're wanting, I wish to help you find who you're so longed to love. Also, I'm not sure if a doctor could help me much. My arms, legs, lungs, and most of my head are not human. Plus my emotions probably function differently from a human's, since I have to gain the emotions, and might not be fully understandable without all of them."
