since I'm out of school right now... I'm preparing for my undergraduate recital. Here is the repetwar:

Brhaums Viola Sonata in f minor Allegro
Bach Brandenburg Concerto No.6 in Bb Major
Martinu Rhapsody-Concerto
Bach Partita No.3 in E Major Prelude OR
Paganini Prepetual Motion OR
Brahums Viola Sonata in f minor Adagio

And next spring I get to play the Mozart Double Concertant! smile Also, in orchestra we're playing Tchaikovsky Symphony No.4, Night on Bald Moutain, and Dvorak Cello concerto with our winning cellst and Saint-Saens Introduction and Rondo-Capricio. In chamber we're going to play all 4 of Vivaldi's Four Seasons with the violin proffessor at our college. And Tchiakvosky's Souvenour de' Florance for our trip to L.A. next spring. I got alot to do! smile

Ooh I love the Brandenburg concertos.

For my private lessons:

Concerto in g minor, Bruch, 1st and 3rd mvts
Concerto in e minor, Mendelssohn, 1st and 2nd mvts
Concerto No. 5, Mozart, 3rd mvt
Partita No. 3, Bach, all
(yes, I'm touching up on all of them at the same time. I'm only learning Mendelssohn 2nd for the first time and Bruch 3rd for the first time, but I'm expected to keep everything at top shape at all times)

For All-State:
Three-Cornered-Hat, de Falla
Tchaikovsky, Symphony No. 5, finale
Roman Carnival Overture, Berlioz
Sola Gratia, Amundson (a local)
Tango No. 5, some modern thing

i'm working on a fiddle tune called 'blugrass in the backwoods' if any of you have ever heard of the South Austin Jug Band, you might've heard dennis ludiker play it. he's my idol! ^_^ if you have never heard of that band i HIGHLY siggest looking them up and mabey getting their CD it is DEFINATELY worth it, dennis ludiker is my old fiddle teaher's son. and he's never had a lesson in his life....*sigh* crazy-ness! lol ^_^
