GirlPuck I'm Han Solo!
This was at FanExpo in Toronto last August. I got my hair cut off for this costume. blaugh It was halfway down my back before that. I couldn't cut my hair for a costume.Why not a wig?

But besides that, my hair was needing to be cut really badly. After four years of stress from university, in particular the last year with my honours thesis, it had gotten really thin (less than half as thick as it used to be), and the ends were a mess of split ends. So really I had planned to cut it anyway, and then I had the idea of a Han Solo outfit for FanExpo, since my hair is brown and so is his (and Hakkai from Saiyuki too blaugh ). I just cut it a bit shorter than I might have otherwise.
I wouldn't dye my hair for a costume, but it'll always grow back after being cut.
