They both smiled, and held out their left hands, curious as to why she was asking of it. They looked at eachother for a small second, before focusing back on Phoenix.

Yuko smiled as she quietly watched the ceremony from where she was sitting in the back, glad that there were no more problems that got in the way.

She took out a red sash and wrapped it around their hands, "The red string of fate has always held you together, in the past, it guided you towards one another, in the present, it holds you both, and in the future, it will always lead you back to your love."
Both of her hands held theirs, "In these lands, you will face both harsh and gentle times, there will be tragedy and comedy, war and peace... but the love that both of you share is enough to protect each other in the hardbad times, it is what you will enjoy in the good."
She turned to Shane, "Eiyuu Shane... do you take Uzumaki Naruto to be your husband, to have and to hold, in sickness and health, in poverty and wealth, in war and peace, until the end of time?"

Shane smiled, nodding, turning to Naruto, ''I do. I promise that I will love him, until the end, of, time,'' He said, in a kind, loving tone. Naruto quickly smiled back, and let out a quick breath, though it was an indication of his happiness. He wanted to hug the man dearly, but as it would probably be against the ceremony, he did not.
[[Btw, if you're wondering why I have a comma for like, every word after 'the end,' it's because of that silly song I always have stuck in my head.]]

But gah, I should change it. It sounds like, 'Ey! You!' I made it Eiyuu because it means Hero.]]
Naruto smiled brightly, and put his thumb up, ''Always. And I will always protect him. From the war, from the sickness, from anything. No matter what, I will never give up,'' He said, turning to Shane, as he gave him a reassuring smile.

Phoenix smiled and then looked at both of them, "These promises made to each other reflect the love that you share," she said gently, "As the Mother Goddess's representative in this matter, I pronounce you husband and husband. You may hold and kiss each other."
As she said the last, her wings glowed with a warm light.

Shane smiled, and turned to Naruto, putting both of his hands on each cheek, and kissing him softly. After about a minute of holding the kiss, Shane jumped on Naruto, and began to wildly make out with him, stirring a slight shock from the crowd. He lifted his head up, releasing the kiss, and smiled at him, saying, ''I will love you.. until my dying... day~'' He then wrapped his arms around him, and held him closely against himself, as Saisei, with a slightly happy, slightly annoyed expression, put the rings on their fingers, before sitting down, next to Odin.

Yuko was slightly shocked at the scene. "Ah, good old Shane" she said, realizing this is so like him and giggled slightly.

She looked at the guests, "I know that there is a feast waiting at the reception, will you honor the newlywed couple by attending?
