Well, he does have a smile fixed permanently on his face- it's his poker face. It's makes it harder for others to gauge his intentions, no? Though I don't think anything got past you, and the same may be for Ulquiorra. (he is pretty good at that kind of thing)

About this comment (my own) I just wanted to correct something. I guess my first response to Aizen sama's response to this never went through. (my computer was getting bogged down, then I kept forgetting to fix it.)
So, my original point was 1. I was strictly speaking about the anime. 2. I was just shocked that such a complex and mischeivous character like Gin, who seemed totally loyal to Aizen, could double cross him like that.

Aizen sama, I hope I didn't make you mad. I certainly didn't want you to die in the anime (and you didn't, but unfortunately Gin did- not that I'm surprised you were upset about his betrayal). I really enjoyed Aizen's character in Bleach- plus you're immortal! biggrin
