((ok I've decided to use indigo cuz it kinda looks like purple, and cuz violet's too light to read))

Really? I grew up in Spain, but my mom is American, well, she comes from America, I'm not sure about her ancestors..." Carmen said, still grinning.

Lilly walked in and looked around for Midnight. She saw her in up high and called her down. "Midnight take this to mom, so she doesn't worry. I don't have a treat but when you return I'll bring you one." Lilly whispered. Midnight gave her a disappointed look that she hadn't received a treat but took off after the note was secured on her.

Lilly looked at the prety owl and smiled up at him. Poor thing breaking his wing. "That's a good thing you knew how to heal him, or is it a her."
((Mine's a girl. That just sort of happend without thinking. LOL))

"All the time? I wonder if something is wrong with her or if someone is trying to hur ther. Have you ever taken her to the Care of Magical Creaturs Professor. ((Is that what the class is?)) Maybe he could see if she has a weak bone condition." Lilly said concerned for the owl. She loved animals, they had been her only friends growing up. It was the one thing her father never fought her about, all though he treated the house elfs very badly.

"No I asked her why she kept breaking her bones, She says it's because she hasn't gotten used to to small windows, she's used to and open room with a roof over it, and she comess through windows with her wings open, she always breaks her wing in different places, I think soon her bones will be scarred enough to the point either she can't fly or they can't break easily, but maby I should take her to an expert" Carmen stopped, relizing she was probably talking too much

"Well, I suppose that makes sense. I mean if you think about it. We all feel pretty overwhelmed in such a huge school so it most be hard for her to get use to such a small space and all these other owls must be a little weird for her."
