She nodded, that made sense and watched him intently confused until he started taking his shirt off. She blushed again and looked down concentrating on her food. She couldn't remember the last time she had taken a bath and the idea was tempting. No way she was doing it while he was up though. She ate slowly and then stared up at the small but bright 'moon' in the sky. There seemed to be faint stars too. It felt disorienting with how she knew this place was just a tiny little floating island but it was comforting none the less.

After a while she looked over at him, noting what she could see. "How is the water?" Where she lived all the lakes were full of green algae slime and weed. It wasn't pleasant but the water here looked clearer...

She chuckled and splashed back at him playfully without using technique before retreating to the middle of the boat. "Maybe I'll join you." She said sticking her tongue out at him then taking her pack off and drawing her knees up to her chest. She looked up at the sky again watching him through her peripherals.

Alicia Mary closed her eyes after a while and let herself drift off to sleep.

Alicia Mary woke an hour or so before sunrise and looked around to see where Klaus was and if he was awake.

Alicia Mary stared at Klaus for a while. He looked like he was asleep. She got up slowly and stretched slowly taking off her shoes and socks then her jacket. All her clothes were starting to smell... she'd have to wash them too... not in a lake though... that would probably make it worse. She carefully took the black glove off her left hand then walked over to the side of the boat furthest from Klaus. She carefully combed her hair out with her fingers then took her white shirt off. The gleaming metal of her metal arm was easily visible now. It was smooth and apparently seamless, almost identical to her other arm even in how it moved, muscles seeming to shift under the metal surface. The only difference was the metallic color. The metal went up all the way to cover most of her shoulder where the carefully crafted metal edges met flesh in a less than seemly fashion. Small red scars were scattered along the skin near the boundary, the arm had put a lot of stress on her body at first. She shivered and then slipped out of her pants and into the water noiselessly.
She sank.
She had forgotten how hard it was to swim with her arm.
After some struggling she got back up to the surface and gasped a bit before striking out and swimming a tad quickly feeling a bit terrified but exhilarated.

She swam hard, slowly getting back into the feel of things and loosened up trying out different strokes and enjoying the feel of the water on her body. After a while she waded into the shallows where it was pebbly instead of muddy and sat down resting in the water. She leaned back putting her arms behind her propping her up as she stared up into the slowly brightening sky. Too bad the trees were so thick... the sunrise would be hard to watch.

Hearing his voice she jerked and turned her head to stare at him. She flushed brightly and moved further under the water covering herself with her hands though she wasn't even naked. "You! You!... How long have you been up?" She asked trembling, trapped between embarrassment and rage.
