Kairi, who had been walking around the school grounds, smiled brightly when she saw a flash of blonde hair. "Namine!"
Clutching her light brown bag tightly, she quickly rushed over to the girl.

 Namine turned her head around and saw Kairi and waved at her with a smile, calling out, "Kairi!"As Namine watched Kairi walk over to her.

"Can you believe it Nami? We're finally in high school!" Kairi spoke excitedly after giving her a hug.

Namine hugged her back and giggled a bit. "Yeah..high school..Just thinking about it gives me the chills...Anyway, how's high school for you? Met anyone new?" Namine said while brushing her hair off her face again.

 Roxas was busy, licking away on his Sea-Salt Ice cream, when he decided to slip away from Axel and Reno, and do a little bit of exploring. If this school is so special, there should be some interesting things and people around here... He started exploring, and soon wound up at the front of the school. He saw two kids about his age at the entrance.

"No, I haven't yet...Hey, who's that?" She added in a whisper, nudging Namine's arm. "Have you seen him around before? I don't think I have."
"Hi there!" Kairi called out to the boy.

Namine turned around and spotted the boy and looked away when Kairi yelled. "no..i dont think i know him..." Namine said while letting her hair cover her face.

Roxas didn't expect to be noticed. "Oh...uh, me?" Roxas looked around, just to make sure no one else is behind him. "Um, hi. I'm new to the school...just transferred in."

Kairi chuckled when he looked around.
"Hi! I'm Kairi. This is my best friend Namine." Kairi motioned towards the girl standing beside her. "We're new too, well, to the school at least. We're freshman this year."
She smiled at him. "Are you a freshman too?"

Namine just looked at the floor and listened to there conversation. She then brushed her hair away from her face while showing her eyes. She then glanced over at the boy and quickly looked away letting her hair cover her face agian.

Roxas was staring at Namine as his ice cream was melting. A drop fell on his hand, and he got his focus back. "Oh...sorry. Yeah. I'm a freshman too. Just transferred in from Twilight Town..."

Kairi smiled to herself, as she noticed him staring at Namine.
"Oh really? Twilight Town! I've never been there, but I've heard it's really nice." She paused, realizing she didn't know his name yet. "And your name is?"

Namine lifted up her head and noticed Kiari smiling. She also heard the boys name was Roxas. "hehe..Roxas...nice name.." Namine whispered while still looking confused because of Kiari's smile.

"It's nice to meet you too Roxas." Kairi looked over at Namine when she heard the girl whisper something, and noticed her looking at her with a confused expression. Kairi smile at her, and mouthed 'later.'
"Have you met anyone else yet Roxas?"
