VampWillow Willow's my fave. She went though lots and lots of changes. Plus, in the earlier seasons, she kinda reminds me of myself...And basically we've got more than just one thing in common lol. I also liked Faith a lot...she was just great. Tara's missing from the list eek lol but I still loved her. But yeah, Willow's my all-time favorite (and not to mention Vamp Willow who was real sexy (when she didn't have her bad-days face lol) and Dark Willow who was all powerful).
