While My Guitar Gently Weeps. Hands down, no contest. In my mind it simply doesn't compare to any other song I've heard, and thats strange, because its a sensational song, but alot of Beatles fans I know agree but do not rank it as high or value it to the extent that I do... I dunno. I have a sort of connection to it. Whenever I feel down, or particularly depressed, I listen to that song I just pretend that George is singing it to me. Everything's gonna be okay. I'm here, just listen. I'll stop trying to explain it now.
Anyway, I could listen to that song for hours on end without getting sick of it -- and believe me, I've done just that. To name a few other solid favorites off the top of my head: Let It Be For No One Dear Prudence We Can Work It Out I'm Only Sleeping I Me Mine A Hard Day's Night
But, really, there's so many that I love. surprised All their stuff is brilliant.

Wow... If I get started, I know I'll ramble on for hours. I love all the Beatles' songs. That's what's so great about them, they never produce bad material (except for Revolution 9, of course, which doesn't count. xp )
Buuut, here are some of my favorites: Hey Jude - You could fall in love with Paul just by that voice of his. Let It Be - Another great Paul ballad. Octopus' Garden - It's so peaceful and innocent. Ringo's underappreciated. Because - Excellent, excellent harmonies. Maxwell's Silver Hammer - I don't really get this song, but love it anyways. Eleanor Rigby - Great for when I'm writing sob stories.
Man, I could go on forever with this, but I'll stick with these for now.

i have about 20 favourite beatles songs... maybe more... but the one that usually comes to mind first is 'lucy in the sky with diamonds,' but like other people, too, it changes consatantly. i'm thinking that at this moment my favorite song might be 'i've just seen a face' because i've been singing it all day, due to it being stuck in my head all day... lol

Current favorite songs (in order of time period, then in order of Beatle preference):
Early songs:
You Know What to Do 8 days a week From Me to You Hard Day's Night
Later-ish songs:
Paul song- Let it Be <3 (Did he write Mother Nature's Son? I like that one too at the moment...) Ringo song- um... he only wrote, like... 2... so octopus's garden George song- While My Guitar Gently Weeps John song- Strawberry Fields Forever/I am the Walrus/Everybody's got something to hide except for me and my monkey
I know, I know... only their well-known songs... but there's a reason those songs are famous ^^
