That's okay, I confused me too. Looking back, I think I ment that you're lucky because you get to quit. Although the website doesn't make it look that bad. Meh.

Hah, no I don't work at convergys tho many people have tried to get me to. I work as an operator/receptionist at a Dr. office inside a hospital. It's actually really fun, too.
