Solo listened to his instruction, and he sighed lightly.
Great Pulse Fist, he had decided himself to learn such move, but it was sloppy and unrefine for this reason he never did much with it. Yet, as it would seem as he watched Renji-sensei do it ...it didn't have to stay that way.
He went up to the dummy himself, and he focused on areas where the pulse could cause the most damage. NOt really made to cause a lot of pain at first, it did have some good usage as he walked around the dummy looking for the spots on a human body where such vibrations even minor can cause the most damage.
He found it ...as he struck once on the side of the head ...just behind the ear where the bones were weakest and thinnest. Here it wouldn't be immediately but it should force the brain within to shift forward ...the vibration would mess up concentration ...bring a jutsu to a stop as it would effect thier chakra control.
Solo's first attempt was sloppy.
Though he wasn't done ... as he walks again around the dummy. He would have to improve it by finding a new place to concentrate it's attack.

Taya hangs upside down on a tree branch focusing his chkra in his feet. "do i need to work on anything?" he asked himself. "no i don't think you do but thats my opinion..." he answered his own question. he looked over at Abarai-sama and the training students. "Abarai-sama? do i need to work on anything?" he asked, still hanging from the tree.

Robert shed the heavy coat, considering it would be useless in this particular technique. Underneath he wore a plain T-shirt, which was almost nothing considering the eccentricities some ninja wore. The mouths on his hands kept shut seeing as they weren't convenient for this particular jutsu. Sound and chakra were very similair things, which is why the sound ninja had long ago learned to manipulate it that way. The base similarity is that when chakra was shot out of the body it would move through the air in waves slowly before fading away. That fundamental root for the motion of sound is what allowed sound shinobi to learn so much about it. Robert initially started with a slight kick to the dummy, a test to see how the straw structure would react.
It held despite the resounding palm strikes he had thrown on it. Robert preferred long range technique as any bomber would, but it was always best not to get caught up in short range attacks such as these. Despite his prior knowledge of the first stage of the great pulse fist, it still was rather difficult to work the new jutsu into his fighting style. Maybe the speed involved in the jutsu was bound to be the most difficult part. As a doton user, he was used to waiting for his opponent to strike first and acting from there. Alot of his fighting style was sitting and watching, while these were quick short and direct attacks.
These attacks defied logic to Robert but he was told to learn them. Robert did as he was told most of the time, which is what in particular made him a great ninja. Of course he only took orders from those whom he couldn't beat in a fight as shown by his earlier defiance of Michio's simple request. A surge of anger flew through his as he hit the straw dummy straight in the chest. Furiously he began to claw at it, flicking away bits and pieces of material until he had found the core. Yet there was no heart inside, he was simply hurting a fake. Something about that saddened Robert.
Two straight palm thrusts to the shoulders, Robert felt like he was dancing instead of fighting. There wasn't much he could do about it though, as he knew little about taijutsu. His gray eyes flicked around to check the progress of the others before he returned to his stupid dance.
The final strike, the thought oozed in his mind. If Robert had gotten to choose, he simply would've blown up the dummy in front of him. That didn't seem fitting to this style though so he tried his best to imitate Renji's attack. He took a step backwards focusing the chakra around his right hand, for a moment he imagined it visible as well. Of course though only demonic and elemental chakras were visible. Robert pushed his hand forward to the ear and released the chakra just like a sound wave.

he flipped up and sat on the tree branch. a few minutes later, he jumped out of the tree. "tsk. i can see when you don't want me to train. fine.....whatever..." he said as he walked toward the Dorms. he was just passing a dummy when he hit it, breaking it and sending it flying into the tree. his body was bursting with unused chakra.

Solo flicked his wrist and then aimed the palm strike at another sensative area ...the area underneath the arm where the joints are attached is where he aimed this time. He felt the dummy rock, but the vibrations were still off. This is too much of a flesh wound, and he growled at his own inferiority with this sort of thing.
Solo turned around it once and then stared at it hard. It was time to figure out another places to attack ...one that will allow the vibrations to do thier worst.
Solo continued to circle it.

Renji watched for a moment as Taka had stormed off. He yelled at the gennin hoping that he would hear him,"We're Working on the second stage of great pulse fist!" Something he was sure he had explained earlier. The shinobi pocketed both hands and continued his observing.

Solo then aimed his attack at the main part of the stomach. The area just underneath the ribs as he felt the vibrations extend further, but, he could always see the reaction in a human. It wasn't something that he would be enjoying as he could imagine his opponent feeling the trembles, and it resulting in them losing thier lunch. Not exactly something that he would enjoy being too close to, and even less having to deal with the person afterwards.
No it was a lot better to simply trying something else as he looks up to see that Taka had left.
"Maybe, he has to go to the bathroom."
Solo calls out to Renji-sensei as he listens to him shouting after him. Then he walks around the dummy again.

"go back later.....or go back and apologise.....i dunno what to do" he whispered under his breath. he bit his thumb and performed hand signs for the Summoning Jutsu. he thurst his hand to the ground. "Summoning." as he lifted his hand but nothing was there. this was usual for Taya. he looked disappointed. "it didn't work again. maybe i should go back and train for that other thing.....but i can barely perform the first part....what makes me think i can get the second part?" he looked down and clenched his fist. "nothing ever came from not trying." he quoted as he walked back. "i'm sorry.....i'll train harder now." he said as he bowed infront of Abarai-sama.

Michio went to another training dummy. "Exactly like he did it..." He started hitting the dummy with a multiple palm thrusts and short kicks. "Hahahaha yess! He increased his speed and hit every inch on the dummy. After that he began to focus the chakra in his hand then he punched the air around the dummy's head.
When he had finished the dummy was very worn out. "Crap! Why did I go faster then I should've.. that's so stupid. It's a waste of energy when I'm just training.. god. He took a good look at the dummy disgusted by the fact that he had gotten carried away again.

Taya walked over to one of the dummies and hit it. "so...try and get this technique down...i'll try." he said. he first focused his chakra and began his attack. he failed the attack miserably because his chakra control wasn't that good. he decided that he was going to test his chakra control by walking on his hands. he did a hand stand and began walking on his hands.

Solo was onto his fourth attempt ...the first two he had aimed at places he thought would cause the victim some sort of addition damage. The side of the head, the neck, the area underneath the arms, and finally the stomach. Though all of those places had flaws, the head ...no shinobi will readily let you hit such an area. It's probably one of the most protected areas on the body .... so, the chances of getting that side shot wasn't too good. Then he thought about hitting the back of the neck, the spine would probably deal with the aftershocks of the attack dividing it up and sending it to the most harmless parts of the body. Useless, the area underneath the arm, it would be pure luck if he could paralyze that person and do something other than have that person laugh at the intrusion.
Thus, he turned his sight to the dummy one more time, and he smirked. HE should have known that any attack by him that would be devestating would be aimmed at this spot ...he turned and lashed out at the chest.
He hit the dummy in the heart as he let the trembles run through the dummy, and smiled. That was it, the move had the potential to stop the heart ...to use the bones themselves to vibrate the attack and make the ribcage slice in to the flesh around it.
A attack that can cause a lot damage from the inside out.
Solo was satisfied at his final try.

Kazzu walked into the training grounds seeing fellow sound ninja, some old friend and some new partners. Waving at Solo, Kazzu made his way over to a corner of the training grounds and took off his shirt as he began to practice an art that he stole from the leaf village. As Kazzu took his shirt off, you could see bandages wrapped around his ribcage and right shoulder; under the bandages, you could see a seal on Kazzus back which was placed there by Orochimaru when Kazzu was just a infant.
Kazzu then began to study the stolen scroll as he was stretching and preparing for practice. Once ready, he began to train
The Lotus Style is a martial art created in the Leaf Village, but was stolen during the Great Raid and modified to Sounds liking. It's called the lotus style because of the elegant movements of its practitioners. Many people have compared this martial arts style to a dance. Practitioners of the Lotus Style are known for constantly moving, usually in circles. Their blows combine momentum with sheer strength, at the higher levels, their blows become almost like blades. They are also known for wearing weighted armlets and leg weights to train.
Stage 1
Academy
Renge Buji; Dakai Ichi
The first stage of the Lotus Style is simply body training. The user wears weighted armlets and leg weights to help improve his speed and strength. The user trains by simply moving constantly and training sessions look almost like boxing matches, with the user having to constantly move around and dodge the trainer. It is believed that teaching one how to survive is the first order of business. The sound believes that your sight can be deceptive and makes there students train blindfolded, in order to get them to trust there hearing and instincts.
Special Techniques
Violent Sound Wind [Otoga Reppuu]
The user moves forward with such speed that he knocks himself off balance. With a quick pivot and step, he turns on one foot and performs a powerful, low sweeping kick with the other. This kick is more powerful then normal because of the momentum involved. | Chakra- 5 | Damage- Strength + ½ Agility | Requires Lotus Style; Stage 1
As Kazzu strapped on a blindfold as well as the weighted anklets and gauntlets, he made three clones that would maintain pursuit of Kazzu. As the clones striked, Kazzu could see that this training would be difficult as he tried to manuever the clones, being hit by every other strike. Overtime, Kazzu got use to the weights and learned to focus his hearing onto the footsteps and sounds of his opponents, moving the hit ratio of the clones from every other to just one in every five strikes. Eventually the extra weight came natural to Kazzu as he could manuever through there attacks fairly simple.
After taking a quick break, Kazzu removed the blindfold and began to work on fighting back. As he went one on three with the clones he felt that his strikes were quicker and had more momentum behing them. One by one Kazzu picked off two of the clones leaving one behind. Kazzu dashed pass the final clone as the momentum of Kazzus speed knocked the clone off balance as Kazzu pivoted around with a sweeping kick which buckled the clones leg as it poofed away.

((5 Tries to learn)) Renji patted Taya on the head,"It's alright, My fault for starting at too high of a level." He admitted before taking a step back. He began to use the same hand thrusts and Kicks as the second stage, but these were simpler no vibrations involved. The main point he was trying to get across was the smooth movements of the style, the complicated vibrations didn't matter until later stages. He turned towards Taya stopping his taijutsu assault on the straw dummy. "Stage 1, Special Jutsu." He muttered clenching fists. His arm shot forward into the dummy's stomach and he flicked his arm as if he were plucking a harp string. The vibrations that moved through his arm traveled through to the dummy, which would've caused significant nausea within a human. Stage One:
Palm Strikes – At this level the user is just learning the proper motions of the style and has yet to study the methods used to create vibrations in a targets body. Palm strikes, while certainly painful cause only normal external injury.
Kicks – Kicks at this level are slow and awkward, and thus they connect poorly and do minimal damage. Most users of this style have problems effectively using kicks in combat and tend to avoid doing so. If a kick does connect, it is painful but not focused enough to do real damage.
Defense – Defense is poor at this stage, as the user has not yet learned to properly anticipate attacks. Blocks, dodges, and other defensive gestures are effective if the attack is slow enough for the user to respond. Attempting to deflect thrown objects at this level will almost always result in failure.
Special Techniques:
Hakike no Tsuki (Nausea Thrust)
This technique uses the very basis of the style, the vibrating of the palm, as the principle for this elementary but potentially devastating attack. By first striking an open handed attack to the stomach of the foe, the user then vibrates his palm. These vibrations adversely affect the digestive system of the target, therefore causing severe nausea and all the associated ramifications. The sickness caused by this technique lasts for three posts.

Michio was tired of showing off."Alright. Lets do this right." Michio began to hit the dummy with multiple palm thrusts. After a couple of palm thrust he began to throw a series of short kicks.
"Yeahh! I'm doing good so far..
He decided to focus his chakra to his right hand instead of his left, which he normally used. "I hope this works" He punched next to the dummies head. He closed his eyes and attempted to listen to the sound waves going through the dummies head. "Damn.."

Kazzu took a quick breather before starting up his training again. This time Kazzu focused on keeping his momentum up and maintaining a fluent movement. As the clones would attack, Kazzu kept a defenscive status until an offencive opportunity would occur. Slowly but surely Kazzu would slowly widdle down his opponents by tiring them out as they would become sloppy in there movements. Kazzu then began to circle the sparing clone as they struggled to keep track of Kazzu. One at a time, the clones poofed away as Kazzu slowly picked them off. As one clone remained, Kazzu once again did a head on attack as the clone remembered what had happened last time and baraced itself to block Kazzu. In a sudden spurt of speed, Kazzu was withing three feet of the clone as Kazzu vanished from the clones sight and then appeared behind it as Kazzu threw his elbow into the back of the clone launching it forward as it poofed away.
As Kazzu took a break, a song bird (messanger bird of sound) landed next to Kazzu with a note attached to its leg telling Kazzu to make his way to rain for the Jonin Exams "ugh its always one mission after another," as Kazzu packed his things and made his way for the Gate.
