^ good book! XD
i've got 2 i'm reading currently. the first one i started is Succubus Heat by Richelle Mead. The whole series up to now has been pretty good. It's getting a bit repetitive in spots with Georgina, but all around it's got a nice feel.
The other one I'm reading I just started today.
The Immortals: Shadowland by Alyson Noel. Lol when I started that one I had to pause and throw myself back into my teen years to bare with it through some of the angst that's already in the first 13 chapters. *sigh* but it's a guilty pleasure of mine so... redface

I'm currently reading Northern Lights by Philip Pullman. This is a re-read, but I'm reading it for my book club for March. I've got 3 weeks until the meeting, but I'm getting it re-read now, so I can then read other things smile

My reading is out of control right now, but in a good way. I've been bored trying to focus on one book at a time, so I'm reading:
1. City of Golden Shadow by Tad Williams (Otherland bk. 1) - very long, and kind of slow. 2. The Dark Tower by Stephen King (Dark Tower bk. 7) - Last in the series, and I've been taking way too long to get to it. 3. The Armageddon Conspiracy by Jerry Ahern (Track bk. 3) - light adventure book. Not brainy, but easy to read. 4. Eat This Book by Ryan Nerz - nonfiction, about eating contests 5. Something Wicked This Way Comes by Ray Bradbury - very strange, but captivating. 6. Arrow's Fall by Mercedes Lackey (Heralds of the Queen bk. 3) - Fantasy, final book of the first Valdemar cycle. 7. Galaxy of the Lost by Gregory Kern (Cap Kennedy bk. 1) - Light science fiction adventure. Kern is a pen name of E.C. Tubb. 8. The Boosted Man by Tully Zetford (Hook bk. 2) - Also SF adventure. Zetford is a pen name of Kenneth Bulmer. Brainless testosterone. 9. A Midsummer Tempest by Poul Anderson (Holger Danske bk. 2) - Jury's still out, but so far it sucks. The first book was heroic fantasy/science fantasy. 10. Brother Assassin by Fed Saberhagen (Berserker bk. 2) - About killer machines trying to killl life on a planet by attacking their past. 11. Obsidian Butterfly by Laurell K. Hamilton (Anita Blake bk. 9) - Well, I made it through the first 8! :p 12. Freeware by Rudy Rucker (Ware bk. 3) - Cyberpunk. Very imaginative. 13. Reckless Endangerment by Robert K. Tanenbaum (Karp/Ciampi bk. 10) - crime/thriller series. I am less than halfway through! 14. Children of Dune by Frank Herbert (Dune bk. 3) - last in the original Dune trilogy. A bit of a let-down compared to the brilliant first book.

Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder. My friend's letting me borrow it, she currently has all three of them. This book is so freaking epic. XD
