Haruko shakes her head at Rashir's decision to not follow up with his attack but watch as it comes at her. "You know Rashir-san, its best to follow up on your moves so that it doesn't give your opponants an opening..." Haruko swiftly formed the handsigns for the teleportation jutsu and teleported behind Rashir, "to do attacks such as this," Haruko quickly reached for her kusarigama and whipped it horizontally across from her 3 times. Each time sending out a blade of wind at Rashir.

Haruko stared as the pieces of earth came flying at her and smile, "Talk about Deja vu, I remember Kyoma-chan doing something similar," Adding chakra to her kusarigama, she surrounded it in a thin layer of chakra causing it to become really sharp. Haruko spun her kusarigama in a circle three times before releasing it at the first earth wall. Thanks to the thin blades of chakra that surrounds her kusarigama, she was able to penatrate throught the wall at ease, smiling, she began to whip her kusarigam around in a cross motion breaking up the wall, once the top part was done she did the same for the bottom. Retracting her kusarigama, Haruko realized she made a slight mistake with her attack. 's**t, I broke it down into too many pieces, I just made it harder to avoid. Should have made them smaller.' Sighing, Haruko waited for a few pieces of the wall to fall and create a cloud of dust before she teleported about 5 feet behind Rashir. "That was a pretty cool attact but you'll have to do better than that if you wish to injure me."

'He really is quick, I just might not be able to match his speed.' Sensing him appear behind her, Haruko quickly ducks and using her arms as a support, she lifts up her right leg and aims a kick to Rashir's stomach.

((Alright, well first off, your profile says nothing about your 'Drakengan' giving you enhanced speed.

Secondly, your profile needs to be worded more carefully, some of the sentences don't make any sense, though they are still possible to understand if analyzed and read over a few times.

Third, so, basically, you have a Kekkai Genkai on all the time, which makes you 10x more powerful...than what? If it's always on, that's just your base strength. On a similar note, that's too powerful, unless you are unnaturally weak and feeble without your Drakengan, which would make no sense, since apparently its on all the time anyways, and it would kill you to shut it off. You might want to go with a less crazy number then 10 ...maybe 2 , or 3. (Keep in mind, you've got a Jinchuriki too...I would argue you could do without ANY boost the strength and suffer no ill effects to your character's concept of power...whereas adding them together just kind of makes you uber-powerful.)

I'm just gonna go with the notion that your Drakengan is too strong. Your basically saying that you are permanently able to be Some x amount stronger then normal (whatever that is) and can see things in slow motion, or rather, see ahead in time...PERMANENTLY, with no drawback of having it, and an extreme draw back of suppressing it, which you'd never want to do anyways.

I like the IDEA of your Drakengan, it sounds cool, but it needs the details to be hammered out.))

As Rashir was hit by her kick, he was turned to water. As soon as he did his flash jump, he formed a water clone to pop up behind Haruko and he went to the side of her. The real Rashir came runnig from the side, doing handsgins while dashing at Haruko. Again, water formed around him and again he yelled, "Water style: Water Dragon Jutsu!" As he got about 6 feet away, the dragon was shot out, with even faster speed because Rashir was running at her.
