Before purchasing a new Mobile Suit, or Upgrades for your current mobile suit you must of registered to be a MS Pilot. Post here and state which upgrade you want for which Mobile Suit(or to purchase a MS) and then send a trade to Principality of Zeon with the title as the upgrade/upgrades/Purchase and the gold attached (most gold goes to fund group activities, such as lottery's, etc..). You will then be given a new description code to replace your old one. If you are getting a new mobile suit all compatible weapons will automaticly be transferred to it, the rest will be put into storage with your unused Mobile Suit. Refunds will only be given if I can not do what you ask for. I will NOT refund if you decide to quit the guild, or change your mind. If you want a refund, I suggest selling in the "Trade Lounge".

To purchase a mobile suit you would need to make a request for one, then a transfer of gold to the guilds mule would be made. In a few weeks you would be given one of his spiffy little siggys with your custom mecha depending on whether or not you requested an extra weapon or whatchamawhozit attached to it.

He was masterful in his guild running. I still question why he just up and left, mayhaps he moved on. Maybe life overwhelmed him and he found no more time for gaia.

Alas, I've digressed enough.

If we need a new banner, all we have to do is find the same picture, and put in new text. If need be, I can take care of that.

'X' has already been used in a Gundam series, so maybe just Nova.

My suggestion though is that we create a name derived from our final product. That is how most series work, and why not for us?

As for the currency system, I think that'd be best. Actually, I'd almost think what that other guild did could be considered a scam and possibly be a bannable offense. I mean, spending gold just to rp? That's stupid.

As for the time line thing again, I personally think we should just have our own, so we don't have issues with member not being familiar with whatever one we choose. If we do decide to go with a time line in the end, I suppose we could always shape it in whatever way we want.

No, it was no scam. He made custom signatures for everyone when they purchased a new mobile suit or armor. They even sold ships.

When you started you were given the basic mass produced Zaku II. So you essentially could role play to your hearts content. I only ever used the Zaku II and only ever purchased him a desert Heat Hawk.

The plot idea is great, space colony and all, if your still thinking of a name for that faction...mm....As far as suits go,

BlackKingX's way of shopping was for the really dedicated members, such as myself. I was on my way to buying a Gouf and Dom just before he left. To me, the guild was all I cared about on Gaia, so I aimed for a higher rank. As for the gold, he poured it back into the guild, through means of sub sections, gifts, challenges, and most of all, rewards. Of course, if you noticed, it was not all about gold, it was about points. Were you capable of owning a Musai? The proof was in battle.

He also allowed a test to see if you were a NewType or not. If not a true NewType, you could through hard training become an artificial one.

King always knew how to run his guild, and if he were to return, I am sure the guild would pick up pace right away. Of course, he did make gold for himself, but that's how it is in capitalist society.

@Spartan: I wouldn't know if it was a Disney franchise or not. I don't watch Disney stuff. o.o But I wouldn't doubt it. XD

Hi, new to the guild. With that out of the way I've got a bit of opinion to offer.

In my opinion it would be a good idea if the main conflict was caused by false ideals ( could be religion ). I mean that in a way like the leader of the instigators in the war could be someone who is looking to create the most destructive mobile suit possible to wipe out sentient life, he could be doing this because in his childhood or young adulthood he was somehow wronged and his mind is now twisted into the idea that it would be more merciful and good to everyone and the universe if all life was wiped out. He would of course work towards this goal under the guise of working for a differnet goal and be a backstage leader pulling the strings of a figurehead puppet.

Second of all, I don't know about you guys but I definitly dont wanna pay gold to by anything as abstract as MS's or equipment for an RP. A merit or an abstract currency system would be much more enjoyable, once again in my opinion.

Third of all, it would be ambitious but hella fun and rewarding if we came up with our own MS's for the rp. You could come up with the standardized mass produced models's, the limited series models ( think of the grungust Mobile suit's in Super robot taisen original generation 1 and 2 if you've ever played it ). Also for the players benefit and a nice personal goal you could earn the right to take an active part with a team of scientists in the rp and have a hand in the construction of a mobile suit of your own, normally based off the frames for the mass produced models probably.

Just my two cent's =].

Well we never stated we'd charge anyone.

Also to create our own Mecha we'd need to pay a LOT of money for the rights to use the titles Mobile Suit, Mobile Armor, Gundam, etc.
Not to mention the extreme amount of time it would take to make, the artists we'd need to commission and the balancing we'd need to do.

So, let's go over what we have so far that's most likely going to happen in the plot shall we?

-One of the Factions' Leader is a Prophet in which relays false messages from their God to his people. Thusly causing a conflict with the other Faction.

-Religious Faction tries to take territory, attack the other faction, etc. under the Pseudo-Prophet's rule.

-I think this would make it a lot more interesting:
As stated by Matsu:
"Faction A Attacks Faction B
People become Irate over this happening
A Man claiming to have heard from the heavens that the people will be the one to ends this war starts a religious zeal which quickly spreads amongst the rabble. (Naturally the Rebels would be outfitted with inferior Mobile Armor and Suits, mostly using vehicles to fight.)

Faction A and B resolve issues to deal with the insurgents which surround them. What would happen next can only be determined by the events which unfold. Such as defection, skepticism and other things developing within the armies of the factions. Then it could also happen among the rebel ranks as well."

@Moonlight:Though it would make a good plot, I don't think something as used as destroying humanity would work well in this guild. After all, why even start a war and waste all your resources to keep it going, when you could simply pour it into research to make the ultimate MS. If you're going to attack one faction with MS, expect them to counter attack with their own. And now that Earth has a whack of MS, I would find it a little harder to make a stronger MS in time.

Gaia plot

The year is 2070

Mankind’s population has reached such a staggering high that some have left earth to live in space colonies as scientists and engineers. Soon after…..War engulfed the planet for the first time in over a century. The ________under the guise of a Religious Crusade leaves the colonies to invade earth. Utilizing new and advanced weapons called Mobile Suits they seize several major victories before the ______can mount a creditable defense. Now safely on earth the _________ begins it’s road to conquest, and in the name of their god begins a purge that if left unchecked will mean the end for the people of earth…….And the beginning of a new Religious Empire.

I couldn’t come up with titles for the factions so I left them blank, although I really think the Earth faction should be the Federation just because that’s what I think of when I think of a faction on Earth. This isn't done but its a start, I've used most of what was said here, If there is anything that could or needs to be changed hit me with it.......If we're to get this place up and running we really need to start moving things along.
