Another idea, buy A Plaza but part of it could be a Skate Shop while the plaza could be a place to skate. Like Stairs, rails, Banks, and like more stuff. Things that are street is my style.

um, how about an entire facility where you can skate, buy supplies, chill, and whatever. no rules, no problems, no hating, go skating!
