Reno inspected the burger as it arrived. Exactly how he ordered it, and not at all small. Good. Because it was going to be a long night of sake, and he wanted more in his system than some fries and chicken bits. He took a bite. "Hm. I'd better make sure this isn't poisoned," he observed with a wry grin, and promptly took a much larger bite. "I'll save you guys from it. Just in case."

Cheering when his food arrived, Zack eagerly dug in, fully enjoying the fine quality of the steak. He eyed Reno's burger thoughtfully, as the redhead took a huge bite. "I dunno man, you might need a second opinion on that. And don't worry, I'm here to help!"

"Back away from the burger and no one gets hurt," Reno threatened the SOLDIER playfully.
"See, that's why you grew up all fine boned and pretty-faced, yo," he told Vachiron. "Insufficient red meat. We oughta feed you these for a month and see if it makes a difference." He winked, not at all serious about carrying out that plan ... for now, at any rate.

"Just trying to help, you know." Zack chuckled. "Fine, fine, throw away my good intentions. See if I ever offer it again." He joked along.
"And Reno's got a point you know." He turned to Vachiron. "Steak's good and all, but there's something about having a big juicy burger that can't be beat. Speaking off, I'd like to order one of them myself." He called for the waiter, thanking Vachiron for another cup.

"I think Hojo musta given you a second stomach last time he had you in for SOLDIER treatments." Even Reno wasn't hungry enough to eat a burger *and* a steak. He knocked back the cup of sake Vachiron poured.

"Yeah, I'd like to get the same burger my friend here had, but hold the mustard. Extra pickles though, please." Zack grinned at the waiter.
"And you're just jealous that I can eat all this and still maintain my godly figure." He knocked another cup back, still enjoying the quality alcohol.
