While the others were racing down the mountain, Windy had retuned the portal to the Hotel. She stepped through and appeared in the lobby. ((To Misutaru!))

Because of Nex's immense speed, it was impossible for anyone to hear him yell "s**t s**t s**t" as Rohan made the ramp. When he hit it, he kept going. To the outside world he looked like some gray energy beam flying through the sky. He made it all the way back to town and them some, crashing into a few of the sky scrapers that were still standing. Though Nex wasn't in anyone line of sight, five huge sky scrapers slowly collapsing were, as well as a large explosion of building chunks and dirt where Nex stopped completely when he hit the earth. This all happened just a few blocks from the Hotel.

Hearing a mass explosion of rock and cement off in the distance, Rohan jumped up into the air a levitated a little with the help of some wind chi. Orienting his senses, he mustered an air current and shot off almost breaking the sound barrier heading towards the noise.

That was obviously a failure. Damn miscreants. Couldn't see a threat if it...
What? Misuteru? But that city was abandoned. Why are there people there now? Really? That many people? Since when? Prison break? Trapped adventurers? Just like the World of blood. Oh well. Here's another chance. Maybe it won't be such a miserable failure this time.
A figure was watching the city. From where? That was difficult to say. the most convenient answer would be nowhere, but that wouldn't be entirely accurate, would it? One way or another, questions were to be revealed soon.
