Footsteps are heard coming up the stairs from the first floor, Vice carrying Ryo on his shoulder, arriving just in time to see the others disappearing up the stairs "well, glad to see things are taken care of up here, c'mon, Ryo, let's head up to the third floor" he says, walking across the room slowly, Ryo's weight starting to affect his movement "jeez, you need to lose some weight, man"

A shape drifted down from the ceiling of the chamber just as his partner arrived from the level below. They did not speak to each other, as she had to the interloper below, but fell into rank and trailed the Chasers up the stairs, silent and invisible except to those who already knew of them.
