Kyle was knocked out and his breathing was shallow as his heart barely tapped in his chest. His eyes were rolled back and his mind was flickering

In a last ditch effort, Cassi dug her heels, figuratively, into the floor and pulled the love of her life to the couch. Once there, she stood panting from her action. After a few moments, she started adjusting him so that he was actually on the sofa.
Having finally gotten him settled, Cassi raced to the kitchen and got a bowl of cool water and a rag, then she hurried to Kyle's side. Placing the bowl and rag on the floor beside her, she pressed her ear again to his chest, listening for his heartbeat.
"Come on, Kyle... Don't leave me... Please. Please don't leave me..." Tears began flowing and she pressed her face to the crook of his neck, openly sobbing for a moment.
But it was only for a moment. Cas couldn't fail him now. She dipped the rag in the water and, in the palm of her hand, warmed the water. That done, the girl proceeded to dab Kyle's face and neck. After a few repititions of this process, Cas refilled the bowl with water and didn't heat the rag the next few times. But always she check to make sure he still breathed and that his heart still beat.
Over and over, the girl's mind whispered, Don't leave me... Kyle, please don't leave me... I love you.... What more could be said?

Kyle's fot twitched a little bit and his eyes flickered. He was coming back thanks to her. "....I....love you too...." he barely pronounced as his breathe slowly regained itself. his heart grew stronger with every moment that went by but his appendages still were barely moving. Kyles eyes opened and he moaned softly. In front of him was a blur but he knew instantly, or at lest hoped, that it was his Cas. "...Cas....wh-why didn't you run...? I would have found you....as soon as i got this tracker off my arm...." he looked to the black fuzz on his arm.

Initially, the girl was startled when he replied to her thoughts. Not that it wasn't obvious, of course. She was just surprised.
But as he spoke, Cas's eyes followed his to his arm. With a slight shake of her head, she replied, "I wasn't going to leave you. Especially, after what just happened... I know you would have found me. But I couldn't leave... Please... Don't ask me to leave..." Tears spilled from her grey-green eyes and she frantically tried to dry them to no avail. "I-I... I'm sorry..." she finally managed to choke out without looking at him.

kyle reached up to her eyes and wiped away the tears that he now saw. His vision was slowly coming back and he saw the tears flowing more and more from his Cas' face. He became broken hearted and pulled her over him on the couch. "sshhh....its ok..." his voice was calm and soothing, and the storm died away revealing a beautiful shade in the sky. "...but I dont know what you are sorry for...this obviously isn't your fault..." his hand ran through her hair gently

A calming shiver shook Cassi slightly as his hand ran through her hair. It was a true weakness of hers. Her eyes closed and she sighed involuntarily. "I-I'm sorry because I-I didn't listen... I'm not sorry for staying, only not listening," murmured she, lying atop Kyle and enjoying the warmth and feeling of security that flowed abundantly through her veins.

Kyle held her and kept running his hand over and through her hair. She was all he had, and now she felt really bad for not listening. It was his fault he should have warned her about his over load ability...such a huge down fall from him. "It's ok...You followed your heart, so the blame isn't cast on you my love." he kissed her lips gently and then adjusted so his arm didn't fall asleep in the position it was in. Soon there was a gentle, feminine like knock on the shack door.

Cassi flinched at the knock and her eyes flew wide. Please don't be Misao, she thought in panic. Turning her head just enough, she looked at Kyle, then back at the door, then back at Kyle. "W-what do we do?" she asked in a whisper. We should have run when we had the chance, but I spoiled that too!

Kyle just looked to her and puzzled over his strength. Then he remembered what the trackers were for. To alert the facility of power usage. "Cassi, I can't use my powers until i get the tracker off....so i will answer the door you just be ready in case something happens..." He said softly his gaze now pointing to the door from which another feminine knock came, accompanied by a female voice "...Kyle....are you in there?? Its me...Rebecca....I...I wanna talk with you..." her voice broke through the silence

With a blink, Cas looked at Kyle, a questioning, yet sad gaze in her eyes. "What do you want me to do?" she asked softly. What else could she say? Privacy was expected, Rebecca expected Kyle to be alone... Her eyes returned to the door, then once more gazed at Kyle.

Kyle held her to him and kissed her cheek as he whispered "Just be in my bedroom and wait there until you hear me say something about the thunderstorm....I won't take long I promise." his tone was soft and caring filled with love and concern. His eyes were a cloudy blue but still shimmered when he looked into hers.
"Kyle! Come on....the girls said you were here!" Rebecca knocked once more. She was wearing a soft blue tank top with short khaki shorts with her favorite blue purse. Her eyes were a dark deep green and her lips were coated with lip gloss and stick. He brown hair was highlighted with blonde and pulled up in a ponytail. she also had huge sunglasses hanging in her hair.

Cassi nodded and scampered to his room. Closing the door, she sank on to his mattress and laid there, thinking. His bed was cosy than the large one she'd slept in last night, but maybe that was because there were memories here. It wasn't just fabric holding springs together, sitting on a wooden frame. Tempted to, but not wanting to eavesdrop, Cas started humming softly into a pillow. It worked well. However, hearing something about thunderstorms would not be too hard once it came to that.

Kyle got up and went to the door. he looked through the peep hole and gave a small sigh. Before he opened the door he looked to Cass. She looked so beautiful, and she was on his bed. He finally opened the door. "Hello, what brings you to my shack?" He had a polite tone and used it to hide his rage and anger.
Rebecca looked to him and inside making sure ther was no one else there. "So you got out. Did you really think you would stay out?" Her words were harsh and cold "I see they put a tracker on you. You know...You are so stupid to actually think you can fit in. But that isn't why I am here...I am here to tell you that..." She paused and bit her lip. Looking around she then stepped closer and kissed his lips. "That I still love you...." Her voice was soft and shy.
Kyle looked to her with wide eyes. "How did yu get here in the THUNDERSTORM?" he tried to give Cassi the clue to come to him now

Cassi wondered if the Rebecca girl would wonder why he was shouting. But she quickly got up and dashed into the living room. She slipped and fell, but managed to make her way to stand just slightly behind Kyle to his left. "Hi..." she exclaimed breathlessly.

Kyle pulled Cassi to the front of him and wrapped his arms around her. "Rebecca this is Cassi, My new girlfriend." He said to introduce the two of them.
Rebecca looked at Cassi and smiled. "nice to meet you...I'm Rebecca." She some how instantly knew Cassi was different just like Kyle
