Faris formed a Snowball by slightly freezing some water with his sword. Tossing it he hit Tarot in the face.
"It's not that hot outside what is wrong?" Faris said looking at her blankly.
She is really pretty

Pressing the iceball to her face made Tarot feel much cooler. She sighed when she realized that Alycia was giggling and though she didn't get hot, she still blushed and felt embarrassed.
Tarot picked herself off and wiped away the snowball, wringing her hands to get the melted ice off of her fingers.
"It isn't?" She said innocently. "I could have sworn it was hot..." She laughed half-heartedly and continued walking, this time close to Alycia.

She looked back hesitantly, "Um...pardon, my Lord Faris? I-I don't mean anything by it...I-I have to pick up the pace...is all. I'm awfully slow and...and if Lady Alycia needed cover, I wouldn't be fast enough to act. Being here...is the only way I can fight effectively."
Tarot's face was lightly blushed, but she hoped the white lie would spare her for the moment.

She swayed her head unnoticably, but eventually backed up knowing that Faris was right. She got hotter the further back she fell, but then she was level with Faris and she hung her head low concealing her red face, "Y-you're right. I would do..much more good back here...but..I-I'm almost out of ammunition. I suppose...I suppose I could use magic..." Soon she lost herself in addressing the new issue of how to fight.
She had three options: Psychic magic, her gun, and a small dagger belted to her thigh.
She knew magic was the only way to go, but using too much energy for a psychic attack might drain her of her spirit energy and leave her for dead. She shuddered, but decided to use magic sparingly.

She looked up at him. It took her a few moments to get a smile on her face, but eventually it did come.
She smiled and shrank into an even more obvious recessive position, "I...was just thinking. Nothing too serious though, so...you don't have to worry, Lord Faris. I have to adapt to battle, it's not something I'm used to. When the Positive Vampires sent me on my journey, all they gave me were these guns. They told me to avoid using my magic at all costs, but they never mentioned what I should do if I ran out of ammunition. I was like an open target...if I had wandered along a little longer, I know I would have fallen victim to that wolf..." S
Her eyes teared up a bit, but she held it all inside and was back to normal in a few minutes.
"Why are you and Lady Alycia out here, my lord?"

"We have to move our people because we're being targeted by the enemy that doesn't want Vampires and Werewolves to Coexist." Faris said looking slightly disappointed.
"We'll rest here for the night." Faris called down the line halting all.
Couple minutes later everyone was doing there own thing. Faris sat down by his fire cooking a meal.

Tarot trailed Faris and put her hand on his shoulder, "It's ok...I'll fight along side you. It is my duty and my mission. I have to see to it that the Vampire and Werewolf worlds be united." She smiled flashing for a brief moment her tiny fangs, "After all, I am a Vampire! And I'm sure there are many more Positive Vampires that will join your ranks. Together, we will be a symbol of the world to come."
She sat beside him and tucked her legs close to her body, putting her arms around her legs to hold her in place, "Right now, it may seem like a distant dream, but don't lose sight of what you are aiming for, Lord Faris."

"Our intelligence reports that the pack is 4 miles into the forest, Lord Chikesmuri." said a low ranked vampire to Goubatsu.
"Excellent. Tell the Black Cloud to prepare themselves for battle." relied Goubatsu. The subordinate nodded and was off.
"What are you planning, milord?" asked Goubatsu's personal general. Generals in the Negative Empire rarely organized their armies. Such an honor was only granted to those of Chikesmuri lineage. He was more of an aid.
"A dispersion." said Goubatsu. "If they are moving like they have in the past, they are in a defensive formation with all the weaker lycan in the center. That is where the Black Cloud will strike. While they're busy protecting their young and old our ground forces will strike, catching them offguard."
"What of their armor, milord?" asked the general. "Our silver bullets and arrows cannot penetrate their new armor."
"I can answer that." said Fukubi, the youngest council member. Fukubi had earned his spot on the council through his technological contributions to the empire. His inventions have been responsilbe for the deaths of thousands of lycan over the years, and many more.

Tarot blushed and leaned further in to bury her face in her dress. Behind all of it, she had a small content smile.
She silently whispered 'thank you' but it was all cut short when another wave of nausia and weakness ran over her. She felt dizzy but held it all in, holding her position in case she did end up passing out.
"The darkness is getting ready to spring from the shadows. The battle comes soon..." She thought to herself. "I can see them, the armies that ready to strike us down...Vampires. But...what strategy will they employ? Can I not read any further?"
She wasn't able to obtain any more information.

"N-no...not okay." She said simply. "I feel we'll be attacked soon...Vampires will come, but I wasn't able to learn anything else. What should we do?"
Tarot looked at him in question.
