Af Mas You know, as time goes by, I'm starting to realize something. I'm an awful person. I really don't want to go into details here, but I'm starting to see patterns in my behavior, and they've all pretty much shown me I'm exactly what I hate most: A two-faced, passive-aggressive, asswipe. Sorry everyone Af, if you were an 'asswipe' not only would you not be a very dear friend of mine, I would also have made you aware of the fact long ago. You're a good person Af.

I've never found you to be an a**, Af.
On another note, our kennel assistant of barely a week, called in sick. This seems to becoming a pattern here.

Arg, There are so, so many Furry artists out there who are just superb at what they do, yet there are very, very few furry cartoons. It would be great if a studio opened up where people came together to create some shows with furries.
At one point, I was scouraging the net looking for furry anime, and I found like, none. Sure there's sonic, but he's changed for the worse (I think). Then there's samurai Pizza Cat's, which isn't quite what I'm looking for. Ah well, Someday...
Oh, while I'm venting...
Most of the ongoing RPThreads are wolfpacks. I'm a deer, I can't be a part of a wolf pack. emo Bummer. But I'm just getting that off my chest, I don't mind so much. ^^;

Back in the day when I was younger, we are talking late 80's to mid 90's, the majority of cartoons airing were animal based. That trend just sort of died off by the time the 90's was coming to an end, with the only explanation I can think as to why is that studios thought that cartoon animals were too cutsiepoo. The two most common types of cartoons you see now are either attempting to be ultra hip and edgy or are just silly and ridiculous. There are still some animal cartoons out there, they are few and pretty ridiculous. Honestly, you would be better off looking up and watching older cartoons. xd

I just checked my midterm grades today, and I'm a little disgruntled. I've got an A for Writing for the Media, a B- for Algebra, a C for Web Scripting-- and a big fat F for American Art History.
I really don't like that class, but failing it is so not cool. I need to talk to my teacher and see what I can do to get that grade up.
*sigh* My boyfriend's gonna kill me. xp

In my opinion, learning history is not very useful, it's rare that it's interesting.
I recently had an hour of engineering history as part of my course, I'm glad it's nothing more though.
EDIT: Also it's bloody cold this morning. A lovely -0.5c (31.1f). And who says Australia doesn't get cold!?

I knoooww! I really like European, Asian and Egyptian history (I've wanted to be an Egyptologist since I was little), but American history-- art or otherwise-- bores me to tears. The teacher shows videos once a week (we have class Mon. and Wed. afternoons), and I literally cannot stay awake through even half of them. xp

Rawr, my credit card co. is charging me late fees for a payment that was a few days late at most. $37 worth of late fees, for my first late payment ever, and the original charge was $45. Wtf. Mom says to call them about it, but...I'm not good at talking to strange people or arguing with them about something like this. And my car died. Blarg.

From that point on it's all "Rawr rawr, kill the Indians" and "Rawr rawr, kill the Japs." Mythology is more entertaining than history, but vastly less valuable. Edit: And ******** ROCK won Hell's Kitchen. That a*****e. >.< "I grew up from poverty, blah blah." Jesus, get some new lines, willya?

Just found another Luna Moth outside, this time a female. Tried to get her to go away, and she clung to my finger rather tenaciously. I finally had to shake her off with a little more force than I liked, but she seemed fine. I hope she makes it, she looked a bit ragged.

Sad, but true.
Like I said, I've wanted to study ancient Egyptian mythology and history professionally since I was really young. Dr. Zahi Hawass is one of my idols. whee
Unfortunately, since I'm not Egyptian, and a woman, it'd be near impossible for me to be able to break into the field.
Howell. I can still dream. whee
