Makoto smiled as she watch Haze catch the pop fly. "Good job Haze!" She called back to him as she caught the ball, preparing to throw another pitch. Swinging her arm back again she thought, 'I wonder how fast I can throw it?' She moved her arm further back and twisted her stance slightly to build up speed before sending the ball whizzing through the air.

Haze watched as Mako stuck the next batter out with a couple of fast balls. "Looks like you stil can pitch after all Mako." Haze called out.

Makoto spun around to face toward right field for a moment, a wide grin spreading along her lips. "Thank you Haze!" She called back to him with a cheery tone. She turned back to see the next batter up to the plate.

It was a few hours before the game ended. It ended up in a draw but Haze nor Makoto really cared. They had fun and thats all that mattered.
On there way back to the house, both of them laughing al the way. "So how was your first baseball game in two years?' Haze asked with a large smile.

Makoto smiled. "It was one of the best." She said with a wink. "And I'm not just saying that because you played." She said with an obvious tease in her voice.

Haze snikered a bit. "Yes you are." He teased back. "If I wasn't there you would've been miserable."

Makoto giggled. "That is true, I would feel guilty that you didn't play and it would be odd not to have you by my side." She said bumping into him with her elbow gently.

Makoto smiled. "I know, I know that all too well." She laughed slightly, trying not to offend him in anyway but she thought it was funny.

As the entered the house, Hazedeth gave Mako a kiss and went into the kitchen. "So, there anyhting you whant in particular?" he asked looking at the food in the cubards.
