"...A thief? She's sending us after a thief?" Hikari wasn't sure if she should be insulted by that or not. The two of them were being sent after a teenage thief. How big of a deal could this guy be?

After the Thief mission had been done, Mainly by Hikari because Kid was having troubles of hell. Back at teh temple Kid sat on the outside hallway holding her hands out, her hands bleeding like crazy because of the string that had cut into her hands as KEpi and Ruka had fought back because of a tool the thief used. Moving slightly Kid flinched, she couldn't even remove the strings from her hands at this moment they were so deep into the wound.

Since Kid hadn't been able to do much on the mission, Hikari had taken all the brute blows of the fight. She definitely looked better than she felt, even with the gashes. Internal bleeding was a nice possibility right now, but Hikari was keeping quiet about it, mainly because of her pride issues.
"How're your hands?" Hikari asked, walking down the hallway after she'd bandaged herself up the best she could. Looking down, she saw the strings still dug into Kid's skin. "You can't just leave those there."

" I can't remove them.." Kid mumbled and moved looking a the strings that tighten around even more and she closed her eyes. " I hate this. The only backlash of a puppet master." She said before feeling something around her neck dribble down. Blood...another string. " Dammit." She mumbled and moved a lttle. " Screw it.. Get me a knife. There coming off" Kid said.

"I offered to do that before." Hikari reminded, wondering why Kid hadn't just fixed this earlier. She placed her hand into her back pocket, pulling out a knife and holding the hilt out for Kid to take and use to cut the strings.

Kid shifted with the knife as she started to cut skin and wire like string from his hand moving she ripped them off after dropping the blood strings on the ground and watched her hands bleed. " My hand's are so useless now." She mumbled.

Hikari took Kid's arm once she was done, moving to drag the puppet master to the medical room. There, Hikari turned on the sink so that Kid could put her hands under the water to clean away the blood. "Wrap them up and just work on regular combat for now."

"I don't do Relguar combat I head shot, Or screw em up with Guns or puppets." Kid said washing the blood run from her hands. Hiei shifted a little leaning at the door. " Send you two out on a easy mission and Kid comes back screw up and Hikari seems fine but the brusing on her skin tells me other wise." Hiei said looking at them.

"Maybe you should start." Hikari suggested, grabbing the bandages and setting them next to the sink for Kid. Her violet eyes glanced over Hiei before she turned back to look at the blood in the sink. "So I got hit a couple times. Big deal."

" I don't have someone to teach me." Kid said and moved working on her hand and looked at Hiei. " Drop dead." Kid said and moved to the side.
Hiei shifteda little. " You won't be saiyng that for long." Hiei said shutting the door and leaving as he walked down the hallway.

"...Was he talking to you or me?" Hikari questioned after Hiei walked out. "Ask Genkai. I'm gonna later tonight." She was determined to build up her strength and fighting skills more. Hiei wouldn't train her, so she was going to see if Genkai would.
