sparky lets her knees give way and she goes down into a split and her ears push agaisnt her head, not liking the cold.
"A Genius that is a murderer!"
Sparky puts both hands in her hair and pulls out needles and looks up at neo,
"let the game of cat and mouse begin...."
Sparky throws the needles infront of her on the ground which hold chemicals that released and mixed in the air would cause an explosion- her get-a-way sort to speak.
"Its people like you that made me become a medic, killing wat has the potential to be the strongest wont do much for the shinobi generations..."
Sparky appears high above in a tree- crouching. She then does a few hand signs and electricity come from the hospital and accumulate in huge balls of energy that become clones of her and all three dash off into the village of lightning.

He smirks and walks slowly going after her "You may be able to run from me but you won't be able to for long...... some Sannin." As he walks forward into the town everything behind him is soon covered by ice and snow being a natural jutsu used in his bloodline, the Ookami "If you don't stop running and come out to fight, then your entire village will become a giant glaicer." The town would be shadowed by a entire storm of icey cold winds making the temperature drop greatly to a bit below zero whiule the shinobi would stay calm and confident takeing his slow pathway threw the streets.

one sparky heads to the raikage's office another goes to the bar where her amo is hidden and the main sparkles keeps zaping from left to right heading straight for the year long snow day on the other side of the village.
"I'm not running. to be a genius- you must reconized a well thought out plan....your not looking too smart right about now...."
sparky turns around and faces him but keeps zapping to her location and she denses the air around her hand until negitive energy collects and hardens like a glass ball before she pokes it with a finger and a lightning rod bounces inside- a hand made granade!
"FORE!"
She chucks it right at neo and keeps making more and keeps throught them as she keeps her distance and pace

He thought about it and sunk into the icey snow below him letting the gernade hit and make nothing but a light show for him. Once it stopped Neoshin was seen ontop of the hosptial building "Well your pretty smart and I respect that, but you forgot one thing. You left something quite usefull behind." He would connect his hand ontop of the building and press down useing his natural ice abilities to freeze the building slowly and soon make it into a giant ice ball to kill off everything that has been living inside of it "Now the real fun begins."

Sparky stops ontop of her roof of her old home and the energy in her hands fade away and she stares at the building, and she sniffs back her emotions.
"hm, bugger...."
Sparky flickers and disapears from the roof but only seconds later she stands back in the street, bundled up with huge scarf and her hands in in a a fuzzy hand muffle as her dress hung just above the ground showing her boots.
"your just a spoiled brat that needs a mothers spanking!"
She stomps her boot and points a long claw at him,
"and your a** is gonna get a whooping today."
sparky smirks as electricity crackles around her- showing that she is pizzed

"Its funny... you call me a spoiled brat when i'm older than you. I know everything about you and this will be your downfall." The weather starts to get colder and colder by the minute as Neoshin spreads out his hands and breaths in the chilling air "You might want to finish me off soon or you'll freeze to death, its already -10 below zero so you don't have much time before you get frost bite and start to fall apart." Neoshin crosses his arms and waits for her to make a move not having a worry in his mind

sparky eyes dull and she looks down and closes her eyes and takes a full breath before her head jerks up and her eyes shoot open showing her eyes completely slits and a sonic boom echos off her- pushing the cold away.
"that tedious tinker trick wont work on me you brat!"
Sparkys ears pop out of her snow cap and wiggle a wave and she grins before little bubbles of energy float around her as she grabs one and they turn into sais.
"your gonna have to try alot harder"
she gets into a defensive stance as the ice and snow around her begins to melt quickly

"Its no use trying to push it all away, the weather is getting colder faster than you can make it warmer!" He laughs out and extends his hand useing his natural ability to create a long forearm blade about 4 ft in length made of completely solid ice "The Ookami Blade...." Out of the blue Neoshin would dissappear and reappear behind Sparky making a horizontal slash aming at her back leveled to her chest from the front

the wound on sparky's back oozes with light before she falls to her knees and pixilates into nothingness.
"hm, pity and wat not, Yes?"
one of the Two sparkys say as they appear holding hands wearing the oposite of one another of whites and blacks.
"oh yes pity. but a lovely addition to our chakra as well as a great distraction"
Says the other sparky as she waves and the other sparky holds a scroll
"you should of killed me earlier... now...."
both sparkys giggled and say in unison
"which is the real sparky denku?"

He stares at them both and smiles "Good one." He would then lower his body and turn on his byakugan takeing the signature pose to use a hyuuge style technuiqe "Divination Field Air Palm!!!" Once he yelled out the name his arm would thrust forward and a blast of pressureized air would burst outward in a wide range of 20 ft heading towards them both "Maybe this will reveal your true identity."

sparky grabs her clone's wrist and she does the same as they are tossed like rag dolls into a wall and they slide to the ground groaning.
"ah my..."
a sparky pulls a needle stuck in her neck and throws it to the snow and sighs
"that hurt..."
the other sparky had the same deal and looks at her stupidly,
"great hiding place for your needles stupid! in your hair, so close to our veins thats just waiting for a chemical gone wrong!"
a sparky pops the other in the back of the head and they both get up with each others help and they glare at Neo, and they create twin short swords and run at him with much speed

Neoshin would dash straight them also making a second blade along his other arm as he mumbles something to himself having a plan to finish off the sannin "Sub Zero body technuiqe..." Once the words were done his body was entire covered in a light blue chakra aura, now he would make his way at the two sparky's getting ready for impact

the sparkys mimic'd each other perfectly as one as they both jumped into the air and brought their swords down on him.
"a chilly wont make us go away"
they seperate and one sparky holds both blades ready to attack as the other ran around them both- creating multiple copies of herself.
"cant hit wat you cant see..."
sparky threw her sword at neo- not at all interested in a sword fight but just to stab him from distance
"stop hiding behind a sheild you coward."
sparky held her sword with two hands as she takes a step forward

"A sheild you call it, well then I guess i'll just let it all out, GREAT HEAVENLY SPIN!!!!" The chakra he would use soon changed back to its normal setting and started to rotate around him making a dome shaped barrier around him, then he would release all that chakra and it would quickly extend its radius making anything that hit nearly shred to peices but also be blown away by its extreme fast force and power. This way he would defend himself and also go on the offense in the end.

both sparkys are hit and are sent flying into the air and skid on the ground until they slow and stop. sparky that was decked out in all white flew the least furthest and was pixilating from the blast as the oridgenal sparky laid slightly further
"ow..."
Sparky spits out blood and sees it freeze and trys to sit up but feels pain and trys again after landing in the snow again
