If someone like, oh I don't know (me), was to make another guild based on oh I don't know (the Federation), would you threaten to kick me out and then actually kick me out? I'm gonna make it anyway, but i preffer to do it (I can't think of any other way to say it) with your blessing. You know, make it like an affiliated guild and make it so it's mandatory to join both, and then we can make a forum for inter-guild wars.

eek But seriously.. If anyone wants to make a guild that copies most of my guild they have to:
a) Get permission from me.
b) Have their guild affiliated with mine(With permission).
c) Be an active member in this guild and actually participate in the guild. As well as staying active in this guild and not switching over completly to their guild.
d) NOT advertise their guild in my guild.. They have the link on the front page, that should be more than enough.. I don't want to hear any Kira's going around saying "Join my guild it's better than this guild!".
e) ABSOLUTELY NO SPAMMING MEMBERS OF THIS GUILD WITH INVITES OR PM'S!!
We had a problem in the past where this loser joined this guild, bought a used guild of their own(so it already had members/posts), stole things and ideas from this guild(Most of which was stolen directly with copy/paste), and started advertising their guild on these forums and claiming it was better than my guild(HA!). I asked the person nicely to stop advertising their guild and claiming it was better.
Full Story:First. She joined the guild and never once participated in the guild! She then bought a used X-Men guild with 120 members already in it and like 4000 posts already in it.. She then began to copy/paste pages from this guild into her own guild, changing bare minimum things(All her changes had incorrect spelling.). She then spammed the forums saying how much her guild was better than this one(Despite the fact most the subforums/posts were still X-Men, and it was all copied from my guild).
I PM'd her and asked her to stop advertising and claiming it was better(very nicely, too!!), I also asked her to stop copying things directly from my guild! She replied to what I said with "You're just jealous.
blaugh ". I banned her. She sent me an invite, I declined, she replied with "JOIN!!!!
scream ", sent another invite, I declined again(It went on a couple times, until I told her to stop it.). She then sent me a message saying "I forgive you. You can join my guild!
blaugh "(Sending another invite as well.)...... Well, yes I had the same response you guys are having right now.. She then went through my guild list and started mass inviting members of my guild to join her guild(Including my guild mule and me!).. Everytime someone would decline an invite from her, she would send another one, and another one.
Our guild was set to hidden(To protect the users from the spam they kept complaining about.), and I reported her guild. Apparently no action was ever taken against her guild or her. I made it clear to her that if another one of my members was invited to her guild I would personally contact the moderators. She didn't send any more invites after that..
However she did try to get mules to join the guild like crazy. However it was obvious they were her mules, and I rejected them instantly(That's why I'm so careful in the screening process when letting new members into the guild. Same reason I'm the only one that accepts join requests, and none of the other guild crew do.).
A month or however long later I made the guild private again..
She has tried using mules to get into our guild as well.. So I screen every single join request carefully.
Her guild is now named: Gundam, UC 0079: [The Untold Stories]
Before it was like: gnUNDADDHGSHSMNOPHG Ugsdghs 0073r529 [teh unrold rories]
(I think she got someone else to spell check her guild for her.. Because damn, she's stupid beyond belief.
