Dunno all the details of this situation, nor do I know all of the dirt on Coventina.

About all I remember, the situation of which Val reminded me... there was some ranting in this guild by Sukebei a few months back. He got mixed up in some stupid-a** drama in Coventina's Hardcore Ratings thread; he posted an avatar to be rated and they told him there was "too much blue" in his Chestplate of Arachne.

I suppose this is akin to the "red in the devil tail" b***h-rates I encounter from time to time

He told them he saw no such blue in it at all, and suggested they check their monitor settings.

They totally had a two-headed cow over it. I'm talking UTTER and COMPLETE over-reaction. It truly was a "What the ******** HELL did I miss?" moment. One minute they're rating, and the next they pitch a screaming hissyfit that he should dare question their DIVINE JUDGEMENT on his look.

Coventina wasn't even there at at the time but when she got back she totally sided with her cronies and actually attempted to get him warned for "Trolling/Flaming." He had to explain, calmly and courteously, to the Moderator who contacted him, the exact specifics of the situation, and the end result? Conventina put Suke on her "Blacklist" ...

Or at least that's how I recall the series of events. I may have missed some details or skimmed over relevant subplots. :shrug:

That's about the jist of it, she even gave me my own personal quote in her blacklist and a small commentary.

I still feel so honored to this day that she felt the need to express how great of a move it was on her part to blacklist someone she thought to be so well known to make some kind of example out of me.
