"not likely, looks as though the upper part of his Latissimus Dorsi is shot too, I'd be supprised if there was even a way that he could even move a prosthetic arm."
(both of those are major muscles in your shoulder that control movement of the arm, the latter extends all the way from the middle of your back.)

((bah, it does not say where it came off, and your arm is considerable more likely to come off at the shoulder because of the type of joint and because of the way the muscles are situated in the arm.))

A pair of baby deathclaws rush into the room at the smell of food. Quickly diving over several tables and counters till the each found some uneaten scraps in a wastebin. Eating the scaps quickly they dashed back for the door they came in.
