Crenn is slowly loosing weight (currently only by thinking xP) and also is looking at decent things to eat. Passionfruit (with real passionfruit! eek ) yogurt is very nice and is going to be incorporated into my diet...... And it almost completely fills me up. Which is good. Means I eat less. Looking at getting a large tub for when I'm at home.... if I can find it in a supermarket (the homemade style yogurt is better than the supermarket processed yogurt) but the lack of sleep isn't helping, nor is my mother. But I'm not going into that...... I'll only say that she needs to realise I need to eat as well.......

My mom is driving me nuts. I think she has alzheimer's or something.
"You did a crappy job cleaning the kitchen last night."
"You didn't ask me to clean the kitchen! You said unload the dishwasher, load the dishwasher, and wipe down the counters! And I did."
"I'm not arguing this with you! You don't do anything I ask around here so pack up and move out by Friday or pay me $200 for rent!"
stare
This sort of thing has been happening a lot lately. Either she says that's not what she meant and I knew it, or she claims she said something different. It's like speaking in code. When she says dishes, she means kitchen, apperantly. I asked her why she can't just say what she means, and she said she does. Wtf.

So I'm graduating from college this Saturday, and I'm really excited and a little scared. I'm going out in the Big World.
Congradulations!

And, I know what you mean about going out into the Big World. At least it sounds like you have a plan, not to mention a significant other to split board with. I'll probably living at my parents house for the first year or so till I can get enough cash saved up to rent a place or something. XP

have her put your chores down in writing. and if she doesn't say "kitchen" then she can't argue with you about it

51 isn't that old, but it's old enough to start experiencing problems with mental "clutter".

There isn't really a lower limit to that, either. I have a faulty memory, because my head is almost always chock full of something or other.

That's not working out so well either. And believe me she can argue with me. Even if she writes "kitchen" and I clean the kitchen she'll go off saying something like "Well, you should have known I meant the floor and the dining room and the whole ******** house!" ::groan::

Oh bugger...

When I got my phone, I was given 2 months of free data. Those 2 free months are up. MSN only uses about 100kB a day, but that can vary. However, when I go into IE I use around 2MB a day. I was curious (not realising the 2 months of free data was up) about firefox for my mobile and I downloaded a 4.51MB file. My current plan only has 3MB of data usage before I start getting charged. And I already had about 1MB used and it's $2.66 per MB (or $0.0026 per kB). Well.... I knew I was being put on a 70MB data plan ($29 a month).... but I hope it's not too late.

I know, but that's how she's going to take it. She's in denial, as many people choose to deal with aging. Hell, her hubby wanted to have another kid and I practically beat it into her head to tell him no. Jesus, people in thier 50's who are already having physical ailments (he has a bad back), financial issues, and lack of space having a baby? She just doesn't want to face that she's getting older. =/ So, telling her I think she's losing her marbles wouldn't help.

There was a stabing at a uni one of my friend goes to. I'm unsure if it's her or not and I haven't got her home number to call her. I can't remember what campus she's at, so she may be at another campus..... I hope she is. But I honestly can't remember. I'll post here when I find out more.
