Rugokai returned the smile and looked back towards the window. To her, it was a strange feeling to know that she wasn't alone for once.

As the stop came up. Komen got out of his seat and waited for the bus to stop. Once it did Komen made his way out of it. "Come on Rugokai. Lets go look for tien.

"Right," she replied as she followed him out of the train and looked around. She was surprised to see how impresive the city actually was.

"Hmmm...well lets go and see if we can find a person that knows where tien is." he said with a smile as he gently grasped her hand so he wouldn't lose her in the tight crowd that littered the streets.

She didn't say anything as she let him lead her through the streets. She found it strangely comforting for him to be holding her hand.

Hefinally got the both of them to a more spacios area that had less people. "Hmmm lots of people here arent' there Rugokai?"
Just as they said that a news report was coming in. "Today in this great town. THe master tien is accepting students to teach his techniques. Never before has a master of his calibur has given an open invitation to all students of the martial arts to become his pupils. A great day indeed today." The report continued to tell of areas that tournaments were being held and how long this challenge which the news casters called the Tournament of Champions.
"Wahhh...did you hear that?"

"I'm almost possitive that I did," Rugokai replied in an awed tone. "I didn't think that masters would ever do something like that... I find it some what unsettling. That's probably just me though.... anyways, are we going or not?"

"Hey of course. Come Ithink they said a close one was around the corner I think." Komen said with a smile as he grasped her hand again as he walked. This time even though they were in a less crowded street, it was on impulse and he didn't realize that he had grabbed her hand again.

As they walked through the crowd, they finally came upon the arena that had been set up for the tournament. Rugokai's eyes began to light up as she watched some of the practice matches. "I wonder if we're supposed to sign up for this?" she asked Komen as she looked around.
