you did?

Who were you offering what to?

As a side note, I would like to point out that while his girlfriend was being surprised about ********, Dale was more concerned with grammer.

Hey YEA! Why were you so concerned about grammar while the couch was deluging into talk of vulgarity?

Now now, friends. Correct grammar and vulgar language are not mutally exclusive. We can easily have both. Just because you're being vomitoriosly sexually graphic, or letting loose a tsunami of profanity due to stubbing your toe, there's never any excuse not to speak correctly.

Example:

Incorrect: "I agree the aquaintances of my friends, I mean to say the ones who took my glass of milk without asking are definitely members of a subset of our society who I cannot abide."

As we can see, the above sentence contains several small, but crucial grammatical errors. "I agree," should be its own sentence, ended with a period. The rest would be a seperate sentence. The phrase describing the people who made off with the milk should have been thoroughly set off in commas, not just the part at the beginning. Also, while it has passed into the vernacular, the usage of the word "who" at the end of the sentence was technically incorrect, and should have been changed to "whom."

Let us re-examine the sentence's communicative power after correcting it, with both mine, and Jon's suggestions incorporated.

Correct: "YEAH! ******** THOSE GUYS!"

I don't see any reason to use more than one punctuation mark for a single complete thought.

Mostly when you use more than just a period at the end you are telling everyone to come over hear and read what you've typed because it will be easy fpr them to know where to pause and seperate phrases almost as though you were saying the whole thing out loud but it would be even more specific about how you meant it. Only using periods at the end forces your readers to be smarter or more likely just gets rid of almost all of them.

I did not mention covering my boobs for two reasons. The first of these reasons was because I felt my boobs were sufficiently clothed, and I was more concerned about hearing more scary words. The second reason was that usually when I cover my ears, my elbows are in a position to protect my boobs if need be.

plus, why would anyone just attack someone's boobs? That seems more like something we'd be trying to stop from happening, see: tenticle beast stuff.
