Mercenary Baynes CuteDarkAndDeadly Dawn stiffened as he wrapped an arm around her shoulder and narrowed her eyes at Genju. "Don't tempt me to punch your light our, Genju..." she muttered. She brushed his arm off from her shoulders and stood up. "I'm heading back, if you want to join me, then go ahead and follow." She turned away and headed for a small cluster of trees nearby, the key for the portal already clasped in her hand. Dawn paused as the portal to her world opened. "I hope you know, I can read minds..." Then she disappeared in a flash inside the portal. " Coming?"

If the sleep I'd been stuck in had been restful and peaceful, than it still wouldn't have been as good as last night. That and the company made it that much better.

The portal closed behind them and they found themselves standing the garden of the castle grounds. "Glad it decided to give up a ride over the lake..." Dawn muttered before walking towards the entrance of the castle.

Deidra laughed and got out of bed and went behind a screen to change. "You'd better get ready. If my hearing is correct, Genju is walking into the front hall of this castle this moment..."

Mercenary Baynes Arigato gozai masu. It's good to be back. Dawn led him to the dinner hall where the table was already piling itself up with trays of breakfast delicacies as if could. "If you are hungry, then sit while we wait for the other two to show up..." She took her usual sopt at the head of the table and reached over to snag a pastrie from a silver platter.

Mercenary Baynes Thanks, don't mind if I do. Dawn watched him eat, her mind on the same track he was. "Remember our ninth birthday party when we the feast table to ourselves for the day? I believe it took the servants weeks to paint over the food stains in the walls." She gestured to the walls behind her, which indeed look like thay had been whitewashed to hide something. She smiled as she shook her head, chuckling.

Mercenary Baynes True. Hard to make explosives with beef gravy and cranberry sauce, though. Dawn covered her mouth to keep from laughing, but failed miserably and had to wipe the tears from her eyes with her sleeve.
