Smirking despite himself, Charles can't help himself from speaking. Though this time he isn't sure if it is his humor or the drug keeping his words back. "Trust me- your hind end is nothing to be jealous of. I've seen better many times." Despite his humor, the growing indignation of being trapped in a non-responsive body is beginning to wear on him. Bouncing up and down on that shoulder, he hears the reassurance of the blade being with them and he is indeed relieved.

Then he hears the question of distance, and again his words flow before he even knows they were said aloud. "You're asking me? Haven't we been discussing the finer qualities of my entire field of vision?"

(( perhaps it is a bit of godmod, but i can roll with it. If the act is contested, then I won't argue and will modify my post appropriately. ))

Just as he finishes his latest complaint, Charles begins to wish he hadn't said anything. A moment after he commented on his view, it changes and a new tail takes up his field of vision . . . an animal's tail. Immediately recognizing the one he made not one, but two strikes on he is rudely yanked away and Charles can only call out a final message as he flies through the air.

"Paralyzing medicine?! GREAT FREAKIN' IDEA!!!" Panic obvious in his voice, he offers no resistance as both he and his newest carrier move through the garganta into a whole new realm of trouble.

((Yeah thats not really cool with me. Seeing as I can remove him from your arms and if I really wanted to remove him with your arms from you... *Sigh* but I do love when people ignore attacks... Now let me see what part of Ophelia shall I destroy... Heart, lung, eye, so many to target...))

Glinting faintly, the outline of the circle can just barely be seen as it sinks into Ophelia's back, sending out alchemic energy aimed to collapse then rot her left lung from the inside out. The image fades completely as she steps into the garganta, thought the effects will continue to run their coarse and in about an hour the alchemic infection will spread to her right lung. "If only she hadn't left she might have survived to learn something... Oh well I'll track Charles down in a bit. He is wearing one of the squad issued uniforms right?" Maxi looks around to the rest of his squad members.

While he looks around the light show that was the circle fizzles out and in its place floats a small olive-drab box, a simple twist seal holds it shut. Reaching out and opening it as it floats there, Maxi smirks up at the remaining arrancar and pulls out a cone shaped object with a single button on the flat side. Pressing and holding the button Maxi looks slightly split in his choices, "If I release this button the trees around you will offer a neat and deadly surprise, but I can offer you a chance to live. Give me back my property." His voice growing impatient and angry, Maxi's blood red eye's lock onto the Arrancar's eyes.

((Go for it. I know who you both are already too... Im ninja like that...))

((Shouldn't have run off then... Easy fix, remove your lung... or the skin the under the circle. Either works.))

"Were leaving." Maxi's tone ends all arguments, as he places his sword back into its sheath and motions for everyone to gather around him, "Our job is back in our little corner of earth, Karakuar town, then back to our squad. Finish this job and well have some good free time soon here. Fail and you will die, or at lease be thrown out of the way by me." Maxi smirks then swirls his hand around them and teleports them all to where they need to be.

Evil looked up from where she had been gnawing on a bone near the Home Den entrance. She bit down hard on the bone, splitting it easily with a loud crack. She licked out all the marrow and dropped the bone, tilting her nose upwards. A slight tingle went through her shoulders as someone new entered her territory. She could always tell when someone did, one advantage of being an Alpha.

She stood up and gave herself a shake, knocking the dust off her black fur. She stretched and yawned, her luxurious fur glowing under the sunlight. She straitened and trotted forward, aiming herself for the newcomer. She had been expecting him, so she knew he had been coming.

She was absolutely silent as she traveled through her forest. She heard a loud crack as a branch was broken as the Shinigami moved through the woods, tripping on a branch. She emerged from the thick layer of bushes and stood in front of Ryou. The red streaks in her tail caught the sunlight and flashed like fire.
