Pha, Batman is a loser.
A loner, and he can't get laid. He has to use all those gadgets to kick some a**, and Spiderman and Batman do it with their hands.
Or threads. XD
As for the Batman of the Future, he is awesome. (:

o.O Spider-man uses gadgets, too. His webshooters and those little tracking thingies. Batman, again, would pwn Spider-man if he had advanced knowledge of the fight. He'd get some sort of residue from the webs and create a suit that would melt the stuff instantly. He'd then just kick Spidey's a**.
Note: I am a huge Spider-man fan. I am not bias here.
