Even if you did he's done nothing that should change your unbiased decision on what the budget should be right? I mean like if he was to order you to get the tanks fitted with the missile launchers out back because he wanted to drag race through the regulation football field then there might be a problem. But it's Monday so that's not gonna happen anytime soon...
