The two made their way to the tournament. Kazuki left his blade back at their small home, "I won't be needing this." He said as he carefully laid the blade on his bed, "If I am to get pupils I'll have to prove my unarmed combat." he told himself.

she had changed int her samurai clothing. an pulled back her hair, she looked like a young man. she walked out and slipped on her shoes then went to kazukis room. "ready" she asked standing tall and proud like she always did when she was going to fight. her bangs covered her hazel eyes

Kazuki was kneeling down beside his blade as if he was saying a small prayer before hopping from his knees to his feet. "Now I am" he said turning around, when he noticed how she was dressed, "Wow you're taking this one seriously, I'm deciding to just take easy and have fun with today." Kazuki said. "If it's a fight I'll take it seriously, but tournaments were more like a game in my home village." Kazuki explained.

she smiled a bit "the fights around this area are different. two enter the ring and one comes out. some times one is just in a lot of pain but will make it back out of the ring after the other." she said as though this was a normal thing she was used to "when i was little i was always in fights like that. so they are pretty fun now that im older" she said walking towards the city

Serenity smiled and walked with out another word. once in the middle of town she saw a whole bunch of guys who looked like they trained for this all year. the rules were that all you had to do was sign your name and they would pick your opponent. if you one you would move on to the winner of another fight.
Serenity's first opponent was a foul mouthed jerk who kept flirting with her. she stood next to kazuki and didn't say a thing as this guy cat called at her
