Makoto didn't even think of that part. "We could go see if my mother would mind letting us stay there again." She said almost monotoned.

Hazedeth nodded again. "I guess that culd work." he said. "It has been awhil sence she's seen you, and it's only right to tell her."

Makoto breathed a sigh and nodded. "Yea, I wonder if she ever got over the news that I was a reaper yet?" She said with a laugh, remembering the shocked reaction.

Hazedeth shrugged. "Only one way to find out." he then grabbed Makoto wirst and flew out of the window. "Hold on tight." he said. He tehn flew off inthe direction towards Makoto's hometown.
He knew that Makoto could fly, and very well at that, but he had always been faster. Withing only a couple minutes the were flying above the city. He flew down and placed makoto down on the ground. "Welcome home Mako."

Makoto looked at Haze with a smile. "You don't have to fly me places." She said with a small laugh in her tone. She looked toward the door and walked over to it, knocking on the surface, not hearing anything she opened the door. "Hello?" She said a bit nervously as she entered cautiously into her old home.

"I know." Haze said with a laugh. "I just whanted to get his done and over with." He then slowly walked in behind Makoto through the front door.

Makoto smiled to him somewhat. "Yea, I want to get this over with as well." She looked around the living room, not seeing her mother there or in the kitchen. "I wonder if she's even home." She heads towards the staircase and heads down stairs. "Hey, want to check upstairs?" She knew full well her mother was down stairs.

Hazedeth raised a brow at what she said. "But sin't your motehr usually down stairs?" he asked suspiciously.

Makoto had gone down a few steps and turned her head over her shoulder to look at him. "Um, yes, but in case she isn't the only other option is she's not home or up stairs."

Makoto headed down the stairs quickly, heading down the hall to the small room in the back. I'm surprised he remembered it from that long ago. She stopped walking and knocked on the door that was closed, hoping no one answered. After knocking a few times she slowly opened the door to check if her mother was inside.

Hazedeth put his hand on her shoulder. "If it helps, thers no way she could be dead." he said. "We havn't come to reap her yet. And this is just a casual visit."

Makoto jumped when he put his hand on her shoulder, quickly turning toward him. "Don't do that, you scared me, did you look upstairs?"
