Its a program known as Drawplus. The company is called Serif...its a European company, not well known, but definitely growing. (www.serif.com)

Well my favourites are obviously the bandit boys Tasuki and Kouji though I don't believe in the theory that they are gay. They certainly aren't in Genrou Den (prequel) for one thing and although Tasuki may 'hate' girls it's only because he lived with five older sisters and a mother with huge breasts! Also, he did try to get with Miaka in the OAV although he was kind of possessed I suppose but at the end of the first series he said he'd stop saying he hated girls and just say it to people he didn't like.
Ahem anyway, I always wanted Noriko and Hotohori to get together or at the least, Hotohori and Miaka because Hotohori clearly loved Miaka more than Tamahone and I absolutely loathe Tamahone blaugh I also held a little torch for Soi and Nakago, I felt sorry for Soi when she died without ever getting his love, although I guess she sort of had it in death.

I have a hard time picturing Tasuki as a gay bandit. Sorry, it just doesn't work with me.
