Jon-OH Although I'm still not sure sex is that good an exercise... fitness.com Monica Rauch Simple questions. Is sex a good physical exercise? Are there any positions that effect specific muscles of your body? If that's the case, I'd like to put together a workut for myself. I'm sure there are many other women out there who would be interested in benifiting from hours spent in bed with their partners in such way. Leah Sex is a good workout I call it "SEXERCISE" but in response to putting a workout together I find quite ridiculous (no offense) but sure it's a good workout itself and a sweaty one in that but actually having a routine workout like for example 10 reps this way, and doggystyle me for 20 pumps and -- See how stupid it sounds??? coolmax Why not just benefit from the cardio and save the strength training for an off day. One hour of sex burns off 11 hershey kisses. Eleven Hershey kisses eh? Hmmm, now if only I could find a workout partner. ninja

Archmage Hehhehheh. Beats the hell out of "Jazzercise." xp but the music is better with Jazzercise. I mean with sex all you get is what? Berry White? and really you can't even enjoy the music because of all the grunting and moaning. Sometimes I just want to tell my partner "Please be quiet, I'm trying to enjoy the music" but then I'm afraid they'll think me rude.

I think you're problem is you're using music that has words to it. What you need is a nice instrumental song, to set the mood, but not distract from the task at hand.
