silently listening from his hidding place. dressed in all black and with one of his unique gifts he tended to blend near flawlessly into his surroundings. making him nearly invisible to the untrained eye. he slowly reached into his coat and quietly placed his hands around a small blade. he quickly sliped on his gloves and leaned in closer for a better look and so he can hear better. peering around the corner slightly he got a good look at the young lycan and her captures.
she was quite stunning, he thought to himself as he smirked slightly. he made sure he wasnt seen as he studied the two soldiers . taking great care to watch how they move and carried themselves. learning some time ago to look for any weaknesses in his potential enemies as well as allies.

62 was kneeling, covering a new route he had just spotted, the darkness had been covering it for a split second, his modified vision kicking in a split-second later. He drew his rifle at a slight movement, but it seamed that nothing was there. He frowned under his armored mask, he knew that something was there, but what?

“I hope they take you all down” Lilith growled as the radio flared into life, garbling out the best news she had heard this night, “and maybe than I’ll be able to dance joyfully in your spilled innards”. As quickly as they had come, Lilith’s joyful imagines were swiftly shattered as she was once more seized against her will; the unwanted and unwarranted action causing the young woman to resume her fervent struggles and snarls.
Oblivious to the additional presence in the alley, and content to push the patience of her captors, Lilith’s demeanour significantly changed as she was granted a brief reprieve from being manhandled and subjected to further questioning. “A….a w….w…what?” she stammered, appearing to visible pale several shades. “V…vampire?” the lycan continued, pupils dilating in pseudo-fear. “They d…don’t exist. T…they’re just s…stories, right?” Lilith queried, forcing a tremble through her lithe form.

watching the young lycan put her acting to good use " smart girl ... very smart ... i wonder if you will fool them however " he thought to himself smileing lightly.
he made sure that he didnt move much, not yet wanting to attract attention to himself just yet. besides he really wanted to see what was going to happen next. that and he wanted to see just want this young woman can really do if the need should come up. which it just may quite soon.

The woman chuckled. "uh-huh. But santa and unicorns still exist hon." she said sarcastically, quickly looking over the girl. She frowned. There was something funny about her... "You aren't...no, you aren't a vamp...a good actress, but not a vamp...." The woman clearly knew something was amiss, but not much more.
"She's not a vamp, she's been seen in the sun..." 62 piped up from his position a few meters away. "but maybe a Lycanthrope?" He asked, more to the girl than his squadmate, his mind racing...

“Well now, ain’t that a relief” Lilith drawled, rolling her eyes at the inherent sarcasm in her tone. “Are all of you so hilariously amusing?” the young woman scoffed, a dark smirk spreading across her lips as the armour clad figure freely perused form. “Should I spin a slow circle so you can see all of me?” Lilith said with a wry smile, tossing her head so her dark hair fanned. “Although” she continued in a low, sultry voice as she leaned closer to masked woman, “I think the sight is much better with nothing covering it – care to take a peek?”. Snapping her jaws together playfully, Lilith straightened once more in a flourish of chuckles.
Turning her attention to the male soldier, the young woman’s laughter subsided and her expression regained its neutrality. “Your friend can join too, seeing as he seems to be such a personal fanatic of mine” Lilith commented, directing her words toward the female soldier while her eye remained fixed on her male companion. “Beside,” the lycan adding, grinning manically, “rigorous activity always tires me out, and I imagine the grey mass between his ears would make a delightful snack”

The woman frowned at this girl's words, a snarl coming acrost her face under her mask. "You'd better watch it pup, you aren't the only one here who has a nasty bite..." The woman replied, stepping foreward, her weapon still not touched in spite of this new information.
"37, she can't know yet..." he said to her, his eyes locking with 37's through their masks. He turned on the girl, his weapon lowering itself to point at the ground...

“Is that a threat?” Lilith all but purred, stepping forward in direct challenge to the female soldier’s advancement. “Oh, and a guessing game?” she added, casting the male a quick glance from the corner of her eye. “Those are two of my favourite things, you must have really done your research” the lycan cooed, speaking as a mother would to a dumb child.
Pausing in her spiel, Lilith cocked her head to the side as she pondered the secret the two mortals concealed. “Hmmm, this is just a stab in the dark, but have the two of you been sent back from the future to change the world of one lucky person? Is that person me? Oh, please say it is” the young woman replied dryly, ice blue orbs shining with mirth.

The woman chuckled. "Pup, I have no problem with ripping you in two right now..." 37 stated, standing tall to accept the challenge, but the sounds of heavy boots running their direction stopped her. the rest of the STORM team charged out the way they had come, a pair in the front dragging their wounded comrade.
The obvious medic of the team knelt next to the wounded man."s**t, they were using silver." He said, pulling one of the chest plates off of the man's armor to survey the wound further. "If he doesn't change soon the silver will..." The medic noticed the girl, and stopped speaking immediately, worried that he said too much, but 62 waved a hand. "she's a Lycan pup, so far as we can figure..."

“You could try” Lilith replied through gritted teeth, her menacing grin remaining, “but you’d never succeed. And now, wouldn’t that just make you look even more pathetic?”
Allowing the attention of the woman to wander first, giving the young lycan a sense of victory, Lilith soon conceded to diverting her eyes to the rest of the team and their wounded comrade. The acrid sense of silver quickly enveloped her senses, confirmation issuing from the medic and instant later; and this development caused Lilith’s brow to furrow in confusion.
“What the ******** is going on? And who the ********, or what the ********, are you people?” the lycan snarled, the unusual circumstance finally causing her composure to dissolve.

"No time for that. We need to get somewhere safe, NOW." 74 said to the girl, standing and walking over to her. He was about to speak when the Medic spoke again. "Sir, we need to move him now, that size of a silver round will kill him in a matter of minutes. We need to get to the USMC command, now, they have the equipment to operate, and--"
"No, That USMC base is too far, I'd say at least a thirty minute drive, maybe a an hour on foot. We need to get into the den, there should be equipment left over to operate, at least enough for now." He turned to the girl again. "Where is the nearest entrance?" He asked, knowing that the girl, a Lycan, had to know what, and where, the den was. He turned to the wounded man, and his medic, and shook his head. He knew that every commander lost men, but not any commander had worked this closely for this long with his or her men, ever. He felt a pang of regret in ordering a sniper team to cover, and sighed as he waited for the pup's answer...

Hardly appreciating having her question ignored, Lilith huffed loudly and kicked out savagely at an empty soft drink can that dared to roll past her feet. She wanted answers, and she wanted them now! She didn’t care for the lycan riddled with silver and roiling with pain. She didn’t know him. She didn’t care whether he lived or died, especially not after the brash treatment she had received at the hands of his comrades. It was little surprise then that when asked to lead them to the den Lilith laughed; the sound dark and malicious, echoing off the alley walls.
“You expect me to help you? Are you ******** insane?” Lilith growled, crossing her arms over her chest and narrowing her eyes. “You think I care about him? As far as I am concerned he can die in agony right here!” the lycan continued, words hissing past her lips in an angry stream.

74 shrugged, took out his sidarm, and pointed it at her abdomen. "Then as far as I am concerned, you can die just like him." he pulled the trigger. He then signaled 37 and 62 to hold her down. He then moved to his wounded comrade, and knelt, aparently not even caring about the silver slug he just gave to the girl, his attention firmly on caring for his own. He knew that she'd need care, and if she cared for her life, she'd help him to help herself.

smirking lightly " well these guys sure have guts i'll give them that ... " he thought to himself as he slowly stood up makeing sure to not give away his possition. " however this pretty little lady may be needed ... so i cant really afford to allow her to die just yet. " he smiled as his thoughts brought his hands to his sides where he held his silvercoated, illuminated blades. " i guess i have no choice but to give her a hand. she is seriously outnumbered right now. " drawing his weapons and pulling up his coat around him he smiled again baring a dual set of fangs. then rounded the corner showing himself to the soldiers.
"now now now ... is that any way to treat someone you just met?" he grined showing his fangs. and holding his blades up so they can see them. " now i'll make you a deal... i'll help your little friend there if you let her go hmm?"

74 stood and pumped his Masterkey, aiming between the man's eyes. There went his leverage...unless he blew this vamp away right now... instead he growled his displeasure at the man's untimely arrival. "Buddy, we could help him if we knew where the nearest entrance to the den was. You have no way of helping him, I'm sure, and that gives me little reason to let you live. So please, give me one reason why I shouldn't spray your face all over that wall." he said angrily, obviously pissed.
