"I know at any time I could walk back into the light... but if I did, the light would be scorching hell fire and I would be walking into it without any sort of protective clothing. I'd might as well jump into a pool of vodka while on fire," he told her, his head in his hand.
He looked up. He looked like he might cry, but then the skin around his eyes twitched, and his eyes went back to normal.

A moment passed, and Fae seemed to tumble off of her shoulder and fly away, perhaps to join Tink--there was no obvious reason to anyone else other than Gemini since she was the only one outside of other pixies who could understand Fae's words.
The smile remained on her face, and Gemini said quite simply, "I would rather burn to death in the light than live in the dark."

"Yeah, but I won't die... I'll be crippled...my body and my mind," he sighed, "We don't need to discuss this. Even if I did leave, I would be in no condition to love you," he said softly and took another sip of his drink.

"Darkheart, I may not be very strong, nor am I very wise--especially for someone who's only been in the world for four years--but I do know that leading any crippled life in the light is better than following the darkness in the shadows. And speaking of conditions, love is also one of those things I don't understand, but it's not something based on conditions.
"In any case, you're right. We don't need to discuss this," Gemini said, nodding a little, "As I mentioned, I can't win against you over a chat and a drink--that's why I send the letters to the rest of us."

"Well, I know that. Of course you want the others to come," she said, crossing her leg over the other and then her arms over her chest again. Like the wind, she could never sit still. "I mean, it wouldn't be like you to come all this way to see me--you wanted to come and disperse us before we formed a group strong enough to take on you, am I right?"

"You and the shadows had me in the dark before. I didn't like it, so I left--you haven't offered much to lure me back with you," she said, her expression becoming a little sadder somehow, "But I suppose you're set on a solid no to joining us, so I'll just say this: Mizu is not going to die. Neither am I, and nor are the others who will arrive. We will not let you hurt more people, and if it comes down to it, I will personally fight you."

"We won't have any reason to fight you," she said, "The whole reason I called everyone here was to go against you and stop you from harming any more innocents. If you decided to turn your back on evil and use your abilities for good, we wouldn't have a reason to fight, and we could all live happily ever after with the rest of the non-elementals."

Mizu came back inside and quickly sat between Seth and Gemini. " It's raining outside! I shouldn't have came back if it wasn't for Ka." He pointed at Ka. Ka looked scared. "She's scared of water." Mizu added. Mizu was actually lying. He actually told Ka to look scared so that they would have an UNSUSPECTING excuse. Ka actually liked playing under the rain. Mizu was actually able to understand some words that they were speaking. He understood the phrase ["I will kill Mizu first or last."] He got used to lip reading as time passed.

Oh. And I have two characters now, by the way. ))
Gemini opened her mouth to respond, but before her voice could escape her throat, Mizu came in with the frightened dragon. Of course, Gemini saw right past the scared facade, and she knew that Seth most likely saw through it, too, but she played along as she always did.
"You're scared of the water, too, Ka?" she giggled. Being a mechanical doll, of course she wouldn't like water. It wasn't necessarily that she was afraid of the water, but it was the same case when she drank things--it was a pain to get out of her system.
Meanwhile, Melanie had been waiting patiently in the third cart--the one following Seth's, just as he'd instructed her; however, she knew Gemini would be inside, so the dark young woman didn't want to be away from the Shadow user for too long. Finally, when it started to rain, she decided that it was time to go inside.
She brushed a few short white strands out of her yellow eyes--not that it mattered, of course considering that her right eye was hidden behind a steel-plated headband. After fitting her hat snugly on her head (so the wind could not take it away), she stepped out of the cart and promptly went inside without getting too wet. Of course, she was wet enough for her hair to stick to the sides of her face, but that was about it. Melanie shook her arms dry and walked over to the table that obviously held the waiting elementals.
"It wasn't raining before," she said with a happy-go-lucky smile on her face, "I'm beginning to hope I'd arrived sooner."

Mizu saw the new arrival and obviously, turned to his stupid self again. Saying all things about him. He introduced Ka and Tsuchi as well. He then dried her using his water skills."There! You look a lot nicer with you looking dry." Mizu said happily.
((Really short post. This is already a paragraph right?))
