*Uses tail to pick up meat and stuff into his mouth*
Are you ok? You seem angry?
*Looks over at dragon laying close to fire*
Ah...yes I do believe it was the rogue... what a rogue if I might say so myself. Never met a dragon as fiesty at that one was.
*Glances at wounds*

*Retracts her own scalley take and wraps it around her middle.*
I've had trouble for being a half breed.
*Prompted by his words, she looks from the dragon, to him, and back to the fire*
Apperently. Looks like you won out though- and you'll most obviousely win against the injuries.

*Returns his gaze unto her as she speaks*
Yes but it was with one lucky strike with my bow.... if not for that one split second shot I would have been dragon food laying here just as those corpses in the cabin. I never want to go through that again no matter if I win.
*Returning his eyes to look upon the dragon he has an idea*
We need to do something with the body, we can't just leave it laying there.

I know... and I'm not one to waste... would dismantaling it be too canabalistic for you?
*When her purple rimmed glance returns to him she sees what may have been a slight glint to his eyes*
Do you have something in mind?

*Looks again from the drago nto the girl and back to the dragon*
I don't think it would be too terribly canibalistic considering it did try and eat me first. I was actually thinking of getting something to hold pieces of it over the flames and have a BBQ. I haven't had a descent filling meal in a long long time.
*Looks down again at his own body thinking of how ravaged his body has been on his adventure to find his companion*

*laughs a little and smirks with gold flecked green eyes.*
I was half afraid to ask you to eat it... though I like your argument. I myself had have my fill of.. small game.
*having nothing better to do, she crouches over her pack and takes out a wicked looking knife as long as the bag which contained it. She unsheathes it and smiles at the glint in the firewood.*
You wouldn't believe how well this cuts... goes through stone like it's cheese, metal almost as easily... scales too..
*She drops the sheath over her bag and goes over to the corpse, gliding her fingers almost affectionately over the scales*
This could take all night... but we may have a big breakfast... Or lunch if you toss in cooking time... *With that she buries herself in her thoughts and goes at the body- starting at the head and working her way down. Stopping only to stroke the fire when needed.*
(( well, I'm getting yelled at to hit the sack- so I'll see you later. G'night))

*Nods in agreement of the breakfast meal*
I think I will regain my strength by then and be able to help you...I need to sleep so I will regain a lttle quicker...goodnight.
*Gently falls off to sleep*
((Okay Talk to you tomorrow hopefully))

*Awakes to find his new companion fast asleep near the dragon. He forces himself to his feet though he can still barely walk and takes the knife from her hand, examines it, and begins cutting where she left off*
I wish I could have helped you sooner but I just couldn't move!
*Stops cutting, gathers wood and begins another fire with his fire breathing. He continues cutting and placing piece over the fire to be cooked*

*Swiftly finishes the last of the meat and waits for it to get completely done before taking pieces of it and eating himself full with still over three quarters of the dragon still left, he puts it on an old blanket and sets it close to the fire to keep it warm for his companion.
Begins to peel off the gause and checks to see if the bones are healing properly then throws the bloody gause in the fire*
I guess I should stay here until she awakes.
*Sits down and begins sleeping lightly, though still aware of the surroundings*

*Stirs a little in her sleep, curled up like a feline by now. She leaps to her feet and snarls at thin air before her location and situation come back to her and she adopts a more casual stance quickly, glancing at the sleeping man to make sure the scene wasn't noticed. She looks over his work with a half smile and picks up her blade, licking the dull edge free off blood. The rest she wipes onto the grass. The blade goes back in the sheath and the bag and she sits down to have at a portion of the meat left out. While she eats she keeps an eye on the tree line for predators who might like to have at their dragon and makes plans for other parts of the load.*

*Stires in his sleep to the sound of something moving and wakes up to notice the woman eating her portion of the meat with a watchful eyes of her surrounding*
Sorry I didn't help sooner, I finished it the best I could. I never admitted to being good at it though. I usually slay prey and eat it raw... sweatdrop .
*Lifts himself out of his sitting position and begins gathering his things*
If you will excuse me I will be going on with my search for my once loyal companion who has been lost.

*She fixes her grey gaze on him and manages a smile*
You did tolerably well. The meat is tasteless, but there's nothing too wrong with that. I usually only cook for taste or preservation myself... But I suppose I'll finish off a few things before I move on.
*She sits aside the last bit of meal and licks her fingers clean*
Good luck in your search.
*she looks over at him again as he prepares to go.*
Tell me your name before you leave.

Most call me "Walking Darkness" but you can call me Anzeron.
*Looks back down toward his pack and finishes packing up*
What about you? You never spoke your name to me either.

Anzeron... Zephyrous, but how I'm refered to makes little difference.
*She lets her gaze drift to the dying fire, deciding to let it go since she'll be off before dark.*
Good hunting and straight trails- may friends only cross the latter.
