Pixie_Dream7 yes i did, my friend doesn't believe me though, because she saw the anime first so her eyes have been blinded it's less painful if you watch the anime first~ but if you've already read the manga....now's definitely not a good time to watch the anime... whee

In response to the original topic, I don't see how it's always the anime's style that keeps changing. I mean, in the manga, the style didn't really settle until the 3rd or 4th volume...but that's 'cause I think all manga start out that way, while the artist is getting the style down.

In the manga Dark looks so different in vol 1(he looks more realistic) but in the newer volumes,he looks more anime-ish & his bangs are like freakin long now xD
But we fans can never forgive wat the animators did to the characters of the anime D:<

... I read the mange first- and I noticed that in like, the first volume, the Harada twins... didn't look like they SHOULD which was in like, volume three. whee
The anime, like, I dunno... The artwork totally felt like I was being stabbed- in comparison to the manga- I'd take the manga any day, better art, and story line!

yeah i noticed in like the 19th episode when dai and riku were out on the beach that it looked funny. i think i jumped backwards out of shock, it scared me that much...the heads...they werent natural!
actually, someone called krad a f** because of what he wears in the anime (hes NOT a f**!!! scream )
dark is still sexy in the anime though. i stick to that.

Dark is better drawn in the manga. Face it. ITs Sugisaki's drawings vs. animator's digital interpretations. xD

They also use some sort of CG which doesn't really fit in with the animation and it really annoys me! Also WHAT IS UP WITH KRAD'S ACCENT??!!!!! Sometimes he sounds Irish and i mean a really bad steryotypical bogger accent sometimes kinda German-ish it's so hard to pin it's annoying.
by the way bogger is an Irish term for a country person/farmer, just in case you didn't get it

Theres a reason why you watch everything in japanese. xD
I wouldn't recommend you to complain about the CG. If they went withSugisaki's coloring style, it would take 8 hours+ just to draw dark.. Theres a reason why animes look so much more simplistic compared to their anime counterparts.. Its since its so complex to do the CG coloring the same style as the manga.. It would take hours at a time.. And thats why cell shading is userful. xD
