As the stranger ran at her Odius stood completely still exept for a single motion of the hand and the staff slipped sideways slighty so the staff did not strike its mark but instead went beside Odius.
"Why do you use such a staff weapon?"

Odius force flips bacward the staff narrowly missing her head
"Why are you not trying its as if you don't want to kill me?"

Qurazy finds a battle arena and goes inside to see what all the fuss was about. He saw two force users pitted against eachother in a fight to the death. Qurazy watched in astoundment as the two went at it.

The staff hits her collar preventing entry to her neck but the end clips her chin causing a small wound which begins to weep blood.
"Maybe you are trying to kill me excellent" Odius chuckled
Odius suddenly forced her sabre from her cape to her hand sliceing the blade against the enemies side.
"You may have underestimated me. I don't beleive you realized i had this"

The crowd yells with excitement as the red saber flashed forth at the staff wielder.

"Damn you! You'll pay for this! No more playing!"
*quickly brings her staff up and smashes it against the saber*

The force of the blow knocks Odius off balance but she quickly regains balance.
"i sense you are not an agent of the light side of the force, no agent of the light side would lose their composure that easily you fight with passion and it gives you power, that i can admire."
Odius held her sabre vertical to her chest and and did a complete 360 flip striking the sabre down from above.

*brings her staff up sideways right at the last minute and buckles under the pressure of the sabre*
"Of course I don't serve those of the light. I will let my passion be my power. And you force user. You I havn't quite figured out yet."
*backs up and dashs forward with staff aimed at Odius' torso*

As qurazy watches, a man came up behind to tell him that he forgot to pay to enter the stadium. Qurazy was broke. Then qurazy asked, "Could I possibly work the money off after the fight? "Sure you can bub, here take this. *hands qurazy a vibroblade.* "Your gonna have to pay by fighting in a gladiator battle royale. "

Odius felt a slight burning pain as the staff grazed her side causing a fairly deep wound.
"aaargh" Odius yelled " That was a good blow and it felt good but dont think a blow like that will stop me for i am a gladiator i have fought through much greater injury" she shouts boldy as she swings her own sabre in an upwards arc at the enemies chest.
