Lilai smiled as she saw Yasmine, she was the most active and happy one of all her adoptive sisters. With a smile on her face Lilai walked over and found a seat next to Yasmine. "Hi."

Kenshin greeted his sister Lilai as she passed him by. Then he turned to face Chariam again and gave him a sour look.

Lilai smiled at Kenshin, then straightened her skirt as she sat down on the chair. "I'm alright." she replied to Yasmine. "And you? Everything okay?"

A young servantgirl walked into the room with a basket of fruit to put on the table. She placed it somewhat in the middle but not entirely central because that was meant for the meat. After she had put it down she went around with the wine decanter to fill the goblets of her superiors.
