What a question...~ Umm..~
Since I was about.. 1o? So.. 9 years now. :3
Like many others, Haruka/Michiru was my first pairing. :3
Utena opened me up to Shoujo-Ai, as well.

And Simoun is a wonderful series.

This is fun for asking.. my first shoujo ai was Card Captor Sakura, I started seen it than my girfriend (at that time) said it was a homossexual cartoon, (she was talking about Tomoyo and Yukito) and she didn`t like her little brother to whatch it... so I started to love it even more (but I never told her...) It was about september or november 2000. So, more than 7 years on yuri/shoujo ai. lol

I've been into anime since I was old enough to pick up a pen, I've been drawing it as long as I can remember. I started liking yaoi and yuri when I was 9 or 10 sweatdrop I know it sounds horrible lol but I liked it as soon as I learned what it was. I've been a fan for almost 8 years now

Well I really liked different shoujo-ai pairings from Sailor Moon for as long as I've known about Haruka/Michiru (about 8 years), but I didn't pay a whole lot of attention to it. For about 2 years now, I've been into all sorts of different shoujo-ai, including different anime and crossovers as well and I've become a much bigger fan than I was starting out x3 so I guess it'd be about 2 years, actively anyway.

AlbireoX I know there's a first experience with shoujoai question in the intro thread but it's hard to tell since some people just say the name of the series. So how many years have you been into shoujoai/yuri?Honestly, I figure you're all n00bs since most people on Gaia are just all around anime n00bs. mrgreen I am not a noob. I was in Kindergarten when I first discovered anime and manga--and fell hopelessly in love with it. I have had lesbian tendencies since I was in Kindergarten--or was it in Mother's Day-Out? ....I hate my memory issues... sweatdrop Technically, I have been a Shoujo-ai & Yuri fan since about 4th grade.
