Teon had just finished his dinner when Verdandy had come back. He was quite surprised she had gone about her assigned task so fast. But that was all the better. With a smile he went to the pair, looking the child over. Poor little thing looked almost dead. With a nod he motioned Verdandy to follow.

Over to the padlocked door and all the locks were undone. He proceeded down the stairs, halfway down vicious barking started. "Don't worry about the barking...the beast is caged." And in need of another dose of knock out serum. Damn thing." Reaching the bottom of the steps and thus his lab, he began to think about this. He was going to need Verdandy's loyalty, and he was deciding how to go about this. "I believe...that I don't know your name yet my dear?"

Teon flipped a switch, a crackling sound going around the place as various lights and electric devices whirred to life. Horror movie indeed. The space was crowded, yet not, having an odd sense of organization to it. Other things were there, various small tubes with needles on the end. Pumps of various sorts. Cages, books, chemical racks, shelves. Creepy yet not. In one corner was a little 3x3 cage on a table. Next to the cage was a set of gold and bronze armor that looked stylized as some type of bird. In another was the larger cage holding the dire wolf that was causing a racket. A throw piece of meat to it and it was going to be quiet soon enough. In the middle was a what could be considered a stone table with slightly sloped sides. Much like one a medical examiner would use, with drain in the floor at one end as well.

"Beautiful name." He gestured to the child then the table, then to a chair that was in the room for Verdandy. "Take a seat once you're comfortable. Feel free to look." Teon himself just watched her for the time being. "And what shall you be naming your little charge there?"

Teon walked over and gave Verdandy a reassuring pat on the shoulder. Poor thing was all nervous. "Perhaps it is better that you wait upstairs yes? You don't seem the type to be able to handle what's going to be done down here." A walk over to his dire wolf, watching it a moment as it was succumbing to the chemicals it meal had been laced with. Then with the courage of a mad man he stuck his hand in the bars and actually pet the thing.

Now over to the stone table he looked the child over then rested a hand on her forehead. "I'll have to revive her a little, seems she has a fever as well. Shouldn't take much." Picking up one of the lines with a needle on it, he flipped Cattie's arm over and pierced the needle into the vein that was accessible near the inside of her elbow. A button pushed and a pump came to life.

To the workbench he went, grabbing a bottle of clear liquid, his supply of Aiden born phoenix tears. Half the bottle was poured into the pumping system and it was thus pumped through the lines into the child. Nonchalantly over his shoulder, he called to Verdandy. "Doing okay?"

"Good." Leaving Cattie for the time being, letting the phoenix tears work their magic he went back to his work bench. From another rather large bottle as he uncorked it, he poured a fair amount of it into a glass that was also present. Looked like apple juice.

"I'll have to be doing work on you as well. Drink this." It was half suggestion, half order. And it was Verdandy's only chance to back out. What was it? A muscle relaxant of sorts...though it had more of a paralyzing effect to it. The glass was slid on the surface over to Verdandy.

Now Teon returned to the child, watching as she moved a bit and stirred. That wouldn't do. A fair amount of the same liquid was added to the pumping system with what was left of the phoenix tears.

Teon was monitoring Cattie again. Seeing Verdandy already starting to feel the effects, he scooted Cattie over on the table to make room for Verdandy. Walking over to the drow, he took her arm and pulled her too her feet. "Don't worry, you'll feel funny, then you won't remember a thing." He helped her to the table, helped her lay down next to the child. "I need your promise thought Verdandy my dear. What happens here, stays here. You tell no one of what has happened or what happens afterword." If he got her word he could save on chemical usage later with whipping her memory and perhaps putting her into a state like he kept Aiden in. "Understand?"

"Good." And Verdandy wouldn't even feel the p***k of the needle pushed into her own arm as Teon started in on his work. A true scientist indeed, perhaps mad as they claimed. Full of himself really. After all he had created a myth, this would be a piece of cake. Aiden had lit the way for his now perfected methods.

Things were easily set into motion, both bodies being pumped with chemicals. Though Verdandy would definitely have a headache in the morning seeing as she had a iv right in the temple as well. Though no danger, Teon knew exactly what he was doing and what he wanted.

Essentially, through the specific chemicals and needle location, the chemical part of Verdandy's brain that triggered her violence would be isolated and made to combine with the chemicals of Teon, yet not altered. It would be drained and then in same fashion pumped into Cattie. Another chemical combination to eat away the part that needed to be occupied and the same combination would infuse the violence in Verdandy into Cattie.Though the chemicals preserved everything about both minds and left them feeling still whole. Though one would be docile, the other probably on a constant edge of rage.

Things set for now, he turned his attention to his dire wolf. He needed to train it to Aiden's scent. It would start with a syringe of green liquid.

He popped up in the freakish scary way. "Good morning Verdandy dear!" A p***k to her arm of pain killer. And he waved a hand in front of her. "Good to see you made it through alright. Just lie still, I'll get you unhooked." And so he went about taking out various iv lines that had been pumping phoenix tears again.

Getting Verdandy unhooked, he tended to the changed Cattie now. Though he had her drugged to be still resting in sleep. No telling how violent the girl was going to be, and he didn't need a child attacking and breaking things.

"Mirror. No, no mirror." He was back at Verdandy's side again, checking her over. He watched puncture marks close up, the phoenix tears in her system doing thier job. "But good to know you're doing alright, you look find, well. And you're far less nervous. A very good hing indeed." Oh on the inside he was giddy as a school boy who had been peeking into the girl's locker room.

Again to Cattie. He had her unhooked now and was going about putting a collar of sorts on her. The inside of the collar had two needles that were piercd into her skin. The collar itself housed a tube and then a spot where liquids could be injected into said tube. Fine control device indeed. Green was injected into that tube. Though he looked between the two for a moment, comparing. He hadn't done a half bad job in that short amount of time.
