Hi everyone! My real name is Robyn, I'm 18, and I'm a college junior. I've been on Gaia since last August (I think? check my profile if you're reallly interested... sweatdrop ). As far as J-Rock goes, my favorites are hide, Gackt, Pierrot, Shiina Ringo (J-rock? punk? I don't even know), and Due le quartz.
I'm a 3rd year Japanese student, and hopefully I'll be going to Japan in the Summer of 2005, so I can go on a J-ROCK SHOPPING SPREE!! *prances* Apart from my Japanese interests, I also like art, skating, Macs, and being on the internet all day long! My favorite colors are purple, pink, and orange. All at the same time.

Er... hi. I'm Keirako (which was a mistake; I was supposed to be Kireiko, but eh, what the hell). I'm very shy, so you won't see me much on these boards. As you can see by my *ahem*lovely outfit, I just started playing this game. But I really like it here! It just sucks having no gold... I have 23 gold right now. w00t. Go me. ^^;
NEways, I listen to all kinds of Japanese music, but I like J-rock the best. I've been known to listen to *coughmorningmusumecough*, DAI[Do As Infinity], Hitomi, w-inds, JAM[Judy and Mary], and the pillows. I like Dir en Grey (who doesn't?), L'Arc En Ciel, Gackt, and TM Revolution (SHUT UP HE'S COOL) by way of J-Rock.
Anime/Manga I like...? Uh, trust me, too many to name. ^^;
that's about it. And that's probably the most you'll hear outta me. Plus, I can speak Japanese *to an extent*, just for future references.

My name is Kanshisha, but my friends call me Kan or Ka-Chan. I'm 17 and I live in Canada. I'm still new to J-rock, but I'm totally in love with it. I'm a bigger fan of Ayumi Hamasaki, but I love Malice Mizer, Gackt and L'arc-en-ciel pretty much too. I've heard a lot about Miyavi, Pierrot and some others, but I never got the chance to listen to any of their songs... yet... =^.^"=
I hope to be able to make a few friends around here, cause not many of my real friends are into j-music. So there!! *waves* =^.^=

It is massively entertainning and makes my day brighter just thinking about it. Watching him prance around on a star in the middle of the water... xd Such fun.

Zhiva I guess my current favorites in no particular order...Dir en Grey [who I will love forever and ever and my grandchildren will have to listen to them. this being my only motivation to have children ever], D'espairs Ray, Miyavi, Pierrot, Plastic Tree, Psycho le Cèmu, Polysics, Cali Gari, Hyde, and the one song by Luna Sea that I have. I feel a little silly...I totally forgot Blam Honey. xp Oh, and I get to officially heart Nookicky and Guniw Tool! I finally got songs by them. they rocks my socks. even when I'm not wearing any.

I'm 15 going to be 16 in a couple days xd I live in Hawaii.
I've been listening to J-rock for a couple of months now.
I really love Dir en grey, L'Arc~en~Ciel, and Plastic tree.
I just recently got into PIERROT and I love their music.
Btw...does anyone know of Cali=Gari?

Hello everyone! whee
I am the 100th member of the J-Rock guild (wow).
I am from Germany and this is why my English might be very poor and I might make many spelling and grammar mistakes...please don't be to hard to me, I am trying my best!
Here in Germany it is still hard to get J-Rock CDs and magazines and stuff like this, but there is some great imprive to come - with Free-Will Europe a lot of CDs will be published in Germany and we also have licences for CDs from Gackt; Vidoll, Blood and MUCC (so we can buy "german" cheap versions of their CDs!
There are going to be some J-Rock concerts in Germany as well... in September we will have a performance of Blood on an Anime convention and Despairs ray will also performe here...this is a little sensation for us since this are going to be the first J-Rock concerts in Germany..
but enough about GHermany ans J-Rock, some little introduction of myself:
I am 21 years old (;_ wink , study "Japanologie" at university (or at least I will start to in October) and my most favourite band (= my obsession) is Plastic Tree heart

Kon'nichi wa, I am Arashi.. I live in Texes [USA], but on gaia, I live mostly in the Exchange, bumping and talking to people. I am a huge fan of J-rock, although I have yet to buy the CDs since they are only sold online for me. sweatdrop I love to webdesign and make poetry, in where as music inspires me.. whee
Currently, I'm feeling shy as a turtle in it's shell for no reason at all. ;>>
